I went here a year ago for fillers. This was three months into it. I think the picture speaks for itself for the botched job that was done. It was really rushed and the woman who did my consultation was not the one who did my fillers. I didn’t ask for it to be put near my nasal labial folds, or so low on my face. It doesn’t follow the structure of my face, and it was placed beneath my cheekbone dragging my face down even more and exaggerating my flaws rather than giving a little lift.

Edit: I went in 2 years later because the filler is still present and has ruined and flattened my facial harmony. Upon receiving my medical records, they have been falsified. They offered me dissolver when I went in for my follow up but I had just told them I was pregnant and I had been doing a lot of research and it was not recommended. They claim I asked for it which is not true! She also placed it much lower than where she claims she placed it. She did not take the time to look at the nuances of my anatomy and glued to planes of my face together flattening it. She said she didn’t understand what I met by planes! That’s basic drawing and sculpting speak. I went it to a place associated with a dermatologist to see if I was a candidate for filler. I had an open cancer wound on my face and she injected me, which is not legal! When I asked why she did this, she asked me why I came in for filler if I had an open wound! Instead of taking responsibility as the professional and consulting me to wait. She flattened my face, gave me indentions when I smile that I didn’t have and I have chronic inflammation because it wasn’t placed correctly and has effected the way my face drains. They also didn’t have my after photos, claiming a previous employee told her she had taken them but hadn’t. Even if true, it is her responsibility to make sure she has after photos. Her work was such a monstrosity I wouldn’t have taken after photos either. Skin and facial structure are ruined because she didn’t take the time to understand how my face works. My volume was never in the place she filled. And she would have known that if she had taken the time to understand my desires. She just rushed and assumed now I have to live with this. 2 years later and I just want my face back. She tried to medical gaslight me telling me that the huge lump in the first photo “could be a bug bite” rather than what it obviously is , misplaced filler. It stretched an area of my skin that was never meant to hold that much volume. I also told her I was depressed when I went in there. She should have cared enough to advice me that this could make it worse and to also wait until I’m not depressed. But sue just ignored me didn’t communicate where she was putting it, she never showed me on my face where and why. Even when I went in recently she never clearly told me where she put it. But you can see by the photo that she erased the features and harmony of the lowlights and highlights. I’m going to have to spend so much money and even surgery ti fix this negligent damage. In the third photo the photo in the left is after, the photo on the right is before. You can see the roundness of my cheek is gone. Everything is flat, lumpy and I’ll add more photos showing the strange skin texture that appeared by filling the wrong areas and bringing skin to the highlights that was never meant to be.

The last photo is a before and after and you can clearly see how she distorted the way my tissue drapes that goes against my natural contours. I have constant pain on my right side that they completely ignore acting like it’s not a direct link to filler. Their medical negligence and lack of accountability is abhorrent. She distorted my facial features and ruined my smile. You can see the right side of my mouth protruding out in unnatural and distorted way. she erased the light and shadow of my face. I am a new patient, and I came for a consultation in August. Everyone was so friendly! I noticed that from the very beginning; from the receptionist at the front desk, to all of the sweet ladies who work there. The facilities are very well-kept, clean, and decorated nicely. You are also treated like you are the star of the show.

My consultation was for a spot treatment with BBL. Katie explained everything to me very well, was also very kind, and came up with a plan to help me eliminate my facial veins. She took the time to make sure I understood everything, and to answer any questions I had. She was very personable, and easy to talk to.

I returned in September and had my first treatment with the BBL. The BBL is a little warm, but not painful! So no worries if you are thinking of having either a spot treatment or your whole face treated with BBL. Literally right away after my treatment, when she handed me the mirror, I could see it was already starting to work! My areas of concern were on my nose and both sides of my mouth. But it seriously looked like the veins were starting to shrink right in front of my eyes. I am coming back for another spot treatment with BBL, just to make sure that they are completely gone. Sometimes, depending on how deep your veins are, it may take 2 or possibly 3 treatments to completely eradicate them, but I went into my treatment with this knowledge from my consultation, because Katie was very thorough to make sure I knew what to expect.

Also, after my treatment, Katie got in touch with me to check in and see how I was doing… and if I had any questions or concerns about the treatment I had done. So, I just had my first appointment with Sydney on Thursday afternoon. This was my third time getting Botox ever and my first time using SKN at Franks. The first appt at Ideal Image after trying months to get an appt the lady was a transfer from the Memphis location and looked at my agreement and did 42 units of Botox my first time ever at 30 and didn’t tell me how many units she was gonna use till afterwards. She also did lip injections that didn’t last long at all and after talking to Sydney Thursday I’m pretty sure she didn’t do them correctly. The second appt I only returned because I still had 8 units left I had already paid for through contract. They didn’t add any of my points to my Allē acct or ask if I wanted to use any of the points I had already earned. The girl was a different nurse she did use less units, but still did more than necessary. Fast forward three months of struggling to get another appt at Ideal Image. I decided I was gonna try SKN at Franks because of the ease of setting up an appointment and seeing the quality of care they gave their patients on social media. Well, Sydney only had to use 12 units of Botox on my forehead after asking if I preferred my forehead not to move which I told her I did. So you can do the math and see how much I got effed over at Ideal Image. skn at Franks also added my Allē points for my appt which Ideal Image never did after my second appointment or ask if I wanted to use the previous point I’d earned. I cannot tell you have satisfied I am to now be a customer at SKN at Franks, all of the staff were friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door and until I left.
