honestly this was the worst experience i've had with a piercing shop. i called to schedule my appointment with joey and was quoted $70 over the phone. the day came i went in and automatically knew it was going to be a bad experience with the way she handed me a mask without greeting me and said "put this on then we can talk" being in the medical field i had no problem with it and just continued with the appointment. i told her i wanted my industrial pierced and she quickly checked the anatomy of my ear, while doing so she asked if i previously and it pierced i told her yes and she was telling me how shes surprised it even help up with how my ear was shaped. when it came time to pay the price double and was now told to pay $150. i decided it was ok to pay that much since its hard to find someone to do that specific piercing, i was told to then pick out my jewelry and she specifically told me which ones she wasnt not going to use on me with no explanation but plenty of attitude. while waiting almost 20 mins she comes to me and tells me that she actually does not have the needle size to do my piercing and if she could get my instagram to send me a message and will let me know when they get the size and will even take off money for the inconvenience. its been weeks now and still havent heard anything. do not recommend this place at all, found another place that will do it for $50, accept walk-ins and...

THANK YOU JO FOR THE AMAZING JOB YOU DID AND THE TIME YOU TOOK TO PIERCE MY 5-YEAR OLDS EARS!!! We have been looking for a place to get our daughters ears pierced for some time now as she has been asking for her ears to be pierced. You explained everything, you even had Disney music playing when we entered!!! You made sure that our kiddo was ready for the piercing, showed her all of the beautiful jewelry the shop had for ear piercings.

We contacted the shop the weekend prior and they were booked, we called back and booked for the following weekend. When we arrived Jo met us at the front and asked us if we had an appointment, we informed her that we did and she began to go through the earring options, instructions for the piercing and care of it. She also went over the cost up front instead of at the end! For the cost of time, hardware, aftercare, her absolute patience and ability to get on a kiddos level but still make sure all parties involved were okay moving forward with the process.

If you want an AMAZING experience for kids 5 and up this is it! Don’t settle for Claire’s and the “trained in a session” piercing gun experience just because it’s cheaper! You get what...

My sister and I HAD an appointment with Sean to get our Sister tattoos.. we are both out of state, so I had sent Sean various pics for him to get an idea of what we wanted. When I arrived a couple weeks before appt I went by to meet Sean and see if he had sketched anything for us. He had not.. I tried talking to him abt what we wanted and he was TOTALLY disangaged and seemed distracted... although there was no one there.. I asked him to sketch somethings up and send them... he never did. Good thing I stopped by Inception Tattoo and spoke to Ms Steph... She was so into our story, and purpose for our tattoo... even if she didn’t care she at least acted as if she did!!! I asked her for some sketches, she did within a week we knew what we were getting and on the 3rd of Nov we did! She did an absolute amazing job... we couldn’t be more thrilled with our sisters tattoo. We just lost our mom in Apr and we were here because our father is dying and she was meeting him for the first time! I will be here for an undetermined time from SC... I have four more pieces picked out that she will be doing during my time here!!! I highly recommend her.. or anyone but Sean!!!! Over all South Paw will have lost approximately 2000$ out of my pocket!!! Poor customer...
