This store is terrible. The managers are more concerned about putting up displays during business hours when they are so far behind on taking care of the customer backup in their store. The supposed nonmanagers are busy hanging out in the back of the store or joking with each oyher up front. What should have been a quick 5 minute visit to just exchange equipment turned into a little over an hour visit, that only got sped up cause i was being vocal about my displeasure about incredibly lazy workers. The manager tried throwing every excuse he had at me about he has to put up displays and take pictures to send to corporate, and it took him most of that hour to put up 2 displays that should have took no more than 5 minutes. Then he said he cant work the registers because the other people are the ones that get paid to due that and if he did it then it would be taking money from them. Even though after that he pointed out that most of the people werent even clocked in to work yet so he wouldnt have taken money from anyone and infact could have helped with the very angry customer base that was in the store. But he just kept shrugging off my comments and complaints with his only solution being he could show me what he is supposed to be doing, when i told him there is a time and place for putting up displays and very slowly walking around on his phone and being 10 angry customers deep isnt the time. The optics were horrible no matter what he said cause everyone waiting and everyone leaving was beyond pissed, and the store only opened up at 10 am, and it was 1130ish by the time i left. Read moreCalled in to cancel my service and the rep fed me some BS about not being able to cancel bc there was an open ticket to switch my phone number over from AT&T. I said I didn't care about the phone number and to just cancel anyway. I drop off the equipment at a Spectrum location and the rep tells me my account is still open and he cant cancel because the phone number switch still had not been processed. Keep in mind, this is 3 weeks after the initial request for the switch was made. I repeat to him that I dont care about the landline number and just want my account cancelled. He feeds me some BS that he's unable to do so for security reasons, and starts to pack the equipment in a tote for me to take it back. I tell him I'm not taking the equipment back, it's in their possession and I need something to show that they've received it. He says he'll get a manager to see if there's something they can do. The manager comes out, doesn't say a word to me and has no issues cancelling the phone number switch request and cancelling my service. I guess he wasn't as concerned about this supposed security issue. 🤔 It was clear that Spectrum was prolonging the switch request and giving me the run around to keep my account open so they could continue to charge me, but I will be disputing these charges. If you're thinking about getting cable with Spectrum, DON'T! Traditional cable no longer makes good financial sense. Read moreMom Sept 25th My wife and I went to Tmobile our cell phone provider for the last 11 years and came out disappointed and feeling low. My wife wanted to upgrade her phone which she uses primarily for work and was left upset and feeling hopeless. I currently have a line with Spectrum which I received for free with home internet and use as a home phone. My work phone is through Tmobile. Anyways I suggested we go to Spectrum and see what they had to offer. At first we thought it was going to be exactly like our experience at Tmobile especially with no promotions going on. Ezekiel Howe was our customer specialist and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and focused on helping my wife with various options that she could affordably buy her phone (Iphone 15 Pro Max). After crunching some numbers and breaking down payment options she was able to get the model and color she wanted. Ezekiel Howe has a lot of experience and even informed us how to reduce our Tmobile bill, how cool is that!? I am currently still paying off my phone through Tmobile but when its paid off I'm switching to Spectrum! Ezekiel said an additional line would be less than $30 and I could keep my old phone number. My wife and I went from having a bad day to a happy day and we cant thank Ezekiel Howe enough for being so helpful, understanding, and honest throughout the entire process.
