This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a Dairy Queen in my life which has been a long one at 58 years. The gentleman who waited on us name was something like Ismael but he yelled it and spelled it in a manner which no one could understand it due to his anger.. I do have a witness to his behavior and am considering a police report because verbal assault is something that can be reported even though there was no belligerent it was very border on this. When I told him in a calm manner if it was something to do with management as to the reason for product to being ouy and the dining room being closed for several weeks he became very defensive and said he was the manager and he wished I would report it so they would move him out of there. I cannot imagine any employees being able to work under him due to his rudeness. This staff behind him looks scared as he was talking to me and being so rude. Staff models management Behavior so there is no way that anyone that is nice could work under someone so rude. The main dining room has been closed for several weeks and I do not know if they have ever had the berry dip cone is advertised because he would not answer the question he was rude and said we're out you don't need to know anymore just move on. He would not even hear my question about when the main dining room might open again in the future or when certain products would be available again. I was just trying to ask questions and he literally bit my head off with his words. I will keep going back there because it is close to my house and I will always make sure to take a different witness, record the conversation and if necessary file a police report if he comes at me because I do feel like his behavior will lead to physical aggression. No matter how short staff a location is a no matter what the wait time is there's never an excuse for verbal or physical assault on a customer. Especially when that customer is just asking questions I was in no way inappropriate with the...
Read moreWorst experience with Fast Food ever. We were the only customers at the restaurant and came to go through the drive thru. When we pulled up the the window "What can I get you today" 5 seconds go by "Let us know when you're ready" Very short and rude. We ordered and pulled up the the window the woman was probably in her early 50's and possibly Hispanic, she did not smile and actually looked more like Dairy Queen was the last place she wanted to be on Earth. She gave us our card and receipt back and my Husband requested some ranch with our meals which was followed by "Ranch costs extra." So my husband asked her if we could pay extra for the ranch which was .43 cents each. He went to hand her .50 cents for the ranch and was told to "Hang on a minute" She then took the money and gave us no change for the ranch. After that she shut the window and then we saw her eating food at the register. Our food took 15 minutes and it was given to us by a different younger lady who also did not smile or say a word just handed us the food. My husband said Thank you and she closed the window.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen. The food was fine but that's probably because neither of the sulky women at the register made it. I'd love to get in contact with the stores Owner and see how they do their hiring.
Next time we want DQ (probably not for a long time) we'll go to a...

I wanted to give yall my review on the tacos from hell handmade by the devil lol hot damn. They taste better than they look!
When you first pull the taco tray out of the #DairyQueen bag you get an instant firey smell of repentance. I ate my first one and thought "oooh these are delicious! I can eat 100 of these!!!" But then the heat sinked in and I absolutely had to get myself a glass of milk. 🥛 🌮 I truly thought the "cool lime sauce" would help beat the heat but nope never even tasted it. the reaper temporarily numbed my tongue!!!!
While eating my second taco, I kid you not a little voice in my head said, "I want my mommy." I have no idea where that voice came from. That was so unbelievably scorching hot that I couldn't even try to eat the third taco.
I texted my friend, "they are too hot! I couldn't eat the last taco!"
My friend responded, "but maybe you could."
And you know what? That little bit of possibility and inspiration pushed me to chomp down that third taco!!!! I did it!!!!
If you love spicy food THE CAROLINA REAPER TACOS from Dairy Queen are a MUST TRY!!!!!!!! I wouldn't say they are enjoyable but more cravable.
NOT FOR BABIES! B.Y.O.M. 🥛
