My first time buying at Omaha Steaks was AWESOME and PLEASANT at the same time. First, after speaking with Barbara before leaving I wanted to make sure that what I purchased was available. I had purchased a Groupon for Omaha Steaks and decided to go and pick them up that same day(ALMOST WENT TO WESTFIELD,BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE) As soon as I got there I was greeted by Karen and who was SUPEE NICE,pleasant and knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She noticed that I was looking around and her comment was "Soaking it in" and my response for a first time buyer was a satisfied yes. Goes to show her attentiveness. Then Barbara,who I spoke to on the phone,comes out and nothing but a GREAT attitude from her. She made me feel comfortable as a customer. You don't get that much these days. Even with a Groupon Karen talked me into buying more. They were both focused on selling the product and customer service. Well...

After ordering online for some time now, I decided to go to a store—and I’m so glad I did! The in-person experience was informative and so much more cost-effective than ordering online. Karen and Fonteini possess a wealth of knowledge and were extremely personable. It was so nice to ask them questions about all the different products and they graciously opened boxes to show us what everything looked like.
