My first time buying at Omaha Steaks was AWESOME and PLEASANT at the same time. First, after speaking with Barbara before leaving I wanted to make sure that what I purchased was available. I had purchased a Groupon for Omaha Steaks and decided to go and pick them up that same day(ALMOST WENT TO WESTFIELD,BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE) As soon as I got there I was greeted by Karen and who was SUPEE NICE,pleasant and knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She noticed that I was looking around and her comment was "Soaking it in" and my response for a first time buyer was a satisfied yes. Goes to show her attentiveness. Then Barbara,who I spoke to on the phone,comes out and nothing but a GREAT attitude from her. She made me feel comfortable as a customer. You don't get that much these days.
