Would never return. I don't think they respect and honor the same quality of service to Groupon purchase. Before I purchase my Groupon for a facial and massage, I called to verify that they had availability for both services and I advised them it will be a Groupon purchase. I was told instead of purchasing it through Groupon, I can pay them when I come in for my scheduled appointment and they will honor the Groupon promo. So, I scheduled my appointments for both 60 minutes facial and 60 minutes massage on the same day. I got there 10 minutes before my appointment and waited patiently for my turn. I was given paper work to fill out (usually protocol) My appointment time passed well over 15 minutes. Shortly after that, someone came to the front and told me the appointment before me was running longer than normal. I really didn't mind waiting so I waited about 10 minutes after that. Keep in mind its about 25 minutes passed my appointment. When it was my turn I tried to upgrade my massage to 90mins and was told "that's too long. I said okay (while thinking what happened to customer service & it's a service you offer), I will just get my 60 minutes facial and 60 minutes massage which is what my appointment is for. I went into the room, she started my facial, someone kept coming in the room speaking loudly to her in their language about 4 times within the hour. She even left in the middle of my session and returned. Then towards the end of my facial, I was told I needed to come back the next day for my massage because it's getting late. I told her I couldn't because I had plans, she tried to tell me come after I get off work. Not only was I not relaxed due to the constant movement in the room and loud talking, I can't get my massage when I was here before my scheduled time and had to wait an additional 25 minutes, are you kidding me?! I expressed my dissatisfaction when I got to the front desk and was told, it is getting late and they will be closed before my massage is over. Me and my mom have packages which were $100 per facial (can pick microdermabrasion or cherry blossom facial). This year they increased their price to $130 per facial with the same facial options. I had an appointment for 3 pm, I waited and wasnât taken in until 3:15 pm. I was taken into one room and kept there for 15 minutes with a gentle steam that wasnât even in my face and my aesthetician was not there neither did she ask me if I would like to change into a robe. She then moved me to a different room around 3:30 pm, again did not ask me if I wanted to change into a robe. The entire facial was done with my regular clothes on. Started a very quick facial, left the room multiple times. By 4 pm my face mask was placed and I was left alone again for 15 minutes. Again, left alone no extra massage or anything youâd expect from a facial. I come out and see my aesthetician working on someone else simultaneously. For $130, I was given zero attention with one person working on multiple people. To top of off, the front desk person chased me to my car to tell me I owed $80 for cherry blossom up charge when I am allowed that according to my package. She was trying to charge me $210 for the worst experience of my life. Thank god I did not pay her because she thought my package was a basic one and did not even have the right information. Iâm giving one âď¸ for time management/punctuality. For some of us, especially those of us on a tight schedule, thatâs unacceptable.
Wowwwww! Called this morning to make an appointment, earliest was next week but said theyâd call us if a client canceled before then. Lucky us two clients canceled (today) so we took it. We got the teen facial and the hydrating facial and we were blown away. My aesthetician had magical hands, massaging every area of my face, releasing stress that I could feel in my toes. They were kind, thoughtful and unbelievably skillful. We were so pleased, we made appointments for next month too!
