Rent-A-Center — Local services in Lock Haven

What a horrible experience with this place. Couldn't get the contract terms correct during the entire span of contract. Charged late fees for their mistake. Took six months to get a part and was consistently given lip service. Told when terminated the contract that what we paid in was credit towards something else, unless of course you actually wanted something worth the credit amount, then the credit suddenly was cut in half. Incredibly rude employees as well. It's a scam. Save yourself the headache and lots of money and just buy...

I love rent a center and it’s whole idea of what it sells and how but the marketing non stop text messages and or calls is just too much for me… It gets to be overwhelming at times. I wish there was a way that the employees or rent a center were only able to send maybe 2 tops text messages and 1 phone call and that be it instead of reoccurring texts for the same things from the same employees over and over...

I like this store an it's nice to have somewhere from people who have bad credit get what they need as well as try an rebuild credit yeah its over priced but everything is of name brand well built not like most stuff made now days like Walmart an Ikeda that fall apart after you move it a few time so that why I try to find things that I can do the same as cash in 4 to 6 months that way...
