Lockport Escape Room and Axe Throwing — Local services in Lockport

I absolutely adore this place. I have been there three times for an escape room and two times for axe throwing. I am always looking for something fun to do around town and this place never disappoints. It has become my go-to destination for an exciting and memorable time. Their escape rooms are the perfect blend between challenging and entertaining with captivating themes. Axe throwing here is extremely enjoyable and they have multiple games you can choose from which allows for a unique experience compared to anywhere else. It was also extremely easy to book on the website, and the room itself sets such a cool atmosphere for axe throwing. The staff at this establishment are exceptional. All my interactions with them have been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by friendly and amazing staff. This location just opened a few months ago, so we weren't sure what to expect. My family booked the 10-minute escape room. It was small yet challenging. We were one clue away from solving it when our time ran out!

Although we were a bit disappointed in ourselves, we decided to try the main room. It is currently Alice in Wonderland themed! We loved all of the themed decor and the variety of puzzles! We beat this room in about 45 minutes (so 15 minutes to spare). Totally asked for a clue from the staff😉

We also tried the blacklight axe throwing. We had zero experience before today. Thankfully, Caroline did a great job teaching us what to do. My 6th grader picked it up much faster than I did! It was so much fun! We tried all the different axe throwing games. Eventually, we decided to switch our lanes to the targets and zombies.

Got to give the Alice and Wonderland room a try. Very neat set up. However 1 of our clues was partially erased requiring a employee to come and help. Secondly another clue was unledgeable due to poor set up. Next the final clue to open the door was non functional. We were told to try to hold 15 seconds which requires remaining completely still and not moving. Lastly we could hear the employees explaining to other customers how we required a lot of clues and didn't make it out. As the customer replied "how embarassing". Had this room been set up and functional maybe it would not have been embarassing. What is more embarassing is the unprofessionalism of the employees.
