Awful customer service and the attitude of the rep (s) was appalling. Went to have phone looked at for a 3rd time of network issues. Door was locked when I got there and had to wait for someone even though hours stated it should be open (10:45am)Clearly already having a bad day, Vanessa took my phone and said she'll do whatever she can on her end and that's all she can do. When I told her "please don't tell me I need a new phone because that's not an option" she put the phone down, told me she didn't need my sass and kicked me out because I was being "discretionary". Someone should probably explain to her what that word means. The other rep in there was just as nasty and said she'd call the police if I didn't leave. When I asked for what since I literally did nothing wrong and she just kept saying to leave. T Mobile, I have a business account which will be taken elsewhere. Oh btw... I took video because I had no idea where this was going. Read moreI originally left a five star review because I thought Steven (from LaGrange location he stated) handled our plan purchasing very easily.
Turns out, he completely wronged us by stating with a specific plan and work discount, our total monthly payment would be $127.
On the phone with customer service, they're saying the bill is $179 without a work discount, which he failed to apply during the purchasing process (he said he applied the discount). $179 is a gigantic leap from $127, especially considering the fact that Steven said all discounts were applied and the monthly payment was set. Highly disappointed.
Update: After getting our first bill, it is well over $300. Steven told us our first payment was free. We just found out that the first and second month are now added as the first bill. The first payment was deferred. Not FREE. Steven said it would be FREE and never once mentioned it would be deferred and stacked on to our second bill. Customer service still has not applied our work discounts to the bill. This is beyond...
Read moreOh cool this web page finally loaded. I got this phone a few months back and this web page just got done loading so here we go. I tried buying a phone from t mobile, but they require valid drivers license to buy a phone. Mine was expired so I went to the DMV, waited in line for 30 minutes, took my written test again, then got my paper copy of my new driver's license. I went back to T Mobile and they still would not sell me a phone because I needed the plastic copy, not paper. You could have told me that sooner!!! Then I asked them what the cheapest phone was. They first lied and said that the cheapest was like $180 but then a minute later they admitted that they did have cheaper phones. Wow! Lying to sell pricier products. So I actually ended up buying a Samsung Galaxy, the most expensive phone I have ever bought, and it is the slowest phone I have ever used. Using safari on an old Nokia in 2012 was better than this Galaxy. Awful phone. Awful staff who repeatedly LIE, and also Awful mask policy....
