I went to this location with my boyfriend on 4/6/24 we got there 10:15 and spent aprox. 4 hrs there! We were greeted by Rebecca the store manager and she is very knowledgeable but was having issues focusing on us" the customer". She was very unprofessional as she was concerned about the music she had been playing off her playlist on her phone and her drink order from Panera. There was a trainee that was more professional then the actual Manager. Then about 11:30 the other male employee came in late. She called him stupid and made it clear that that is her store then called him stupid in front of us? He seemed to be just as knowledgeable. Myself and my boyfriend are in the customer service and Rebecca's behavior was un acceptable in my opinion. There was a text even sent to me from Rebecca with my two questions. she didn't reply so then we came back this past weekend 4/13/24 and Rebecca was assisting another customer which is good and all but NOT to acknowledge us as we entered the store . We saw she was busy and understand we had to wait our turn since I know what it's like when you are alone as she was but when she walked past us twice and still have not acknowledge both of us that is unacceptable. We got frustrated with the service. She saw us leaving the store and STILL didn't acknowledge us. We decided to go to another store after 15 minutes. We then went to your sister store down the road. Douglas was so professional and he answered my 2 simple questions and we were in and out in no time. that is great service! I don't want to get anyone in trouble but Rebecca needs some training on how to act in front of customers. Carter and Jasmine acted as though they were resolving issues for me however, they have created additional issues for me. originally I’d ordered three lines with one being a transfer line to my account with a customer service rep who also talked me into Wi-Fi one of the phones could not connect and I was instructed to go to the Lockport store to get a physical SIM card when I arrived Carter and Jasmine assisted me by telling me that I was lied to and that they would cancel all of my services that I ordered and we would restart. I spent two Hours in the store just to have the original order they “cancelled” delivered to my home. I called the store and Carter informed me to bring the items in and she would have them returned. I did this and I was instructed that I have to go to another store 30mins away to take care of this. At this att store I had to take the items then to UPS to be returned. I then have to wait for all my refunds before I can cancel all 8 lines setup for me when I only needed 3 lines. What a mistake this all has been. Avoid this store entirely. Carter said I would 6months free WiFi with the WiFi I setup with her and a visa giftcsrd. Att Joliet store informed me that, that is not a valid promotion and could not be honored. Read moreStay away at all costs. We went in to purchase a WiFi device for permanent placement in our vacation property in central Illinois. Shi sold us on using an iPhone instead. We expressed our various concerns. She assured us this is the new way to go. I tried it over a 3 day period, it became very apparent this would not work! We called on the 3rd day and talked to Dillon. Dillon told us to bring it back for a refund. The following day we attempted to return it. Shi told us 59$ restocking fee! I expressed to her it was her mistake selling us a device that would not serve the purpose we purchased it for. The conversation escalated, I requested to see or contact the manager several times . She refused our requests and told us to leave the store immediately! She locked the door behind us immediately on exiting. We then took the iPhone to the Homer Glen store and explained the situation to Gicel. She issued us a full refund immediately. We wasted an entire weekend trying various ways to get this device to work, 3 trips to the Lockport location and still were denied a full refund, for a device that was sold under false pretenses!
