Worst nail experience. We made appointments a week beforehand for manicures and pedicures for my wedding, when we got there we all sat for over 20 minutes before any of us were serviced and every staff member seemed extremely annoyed we were all there. During all our pedicures our cuticles were cut and bleeding. During my nail service (mind you I was the bride) I showed a picture of what I wanted, a extremely neutral light pink with silver glitter at the bottom. The man who was doing my nails must have never used no chip paint before, my nails were so bubbly and awful looking that I had him take it off. He then would not have someone else finish the gel, but insisted on giving me a dip manicure. Since I had already been there three hours, I agreed to it because at that point I was already going to be late for my own rehearsal. He asked if I wanted the same color, and I said yes. Thirty minutes later, I looked at my nails and they were a bright peachy pink. Not at all what I wanted. Also, three of my fingers were bleeding and during the dip and he continued to stick them in the dip pot that everyone uses, made me think about how unsanitary the dip process actually is. So four hours later, I finally was about to leave. They chased me and my mom down for an extra ten dollars because he had to take the messed up gel off (my mom had already paid for my nails) and were extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If the lack of respect and appointments doesn't do it for you, think about them sticking my blending cuticles into a dip pot that everyone uses. This was the worst nail salon I've ever been to and I've been to a lot. The manicurists sat there ignoring the customers while talking badly about them not to mention how dirty and unsanitary the salon was. The woman who did my nails was very rude, did not listen to what I asked, and when I told her to stop, she then went on a ten minute rant about how I was a stupid b*tch. She, along with all the other employees, ignored me while I had to sit there for a half hour listening to them talk about me while my nails "soaked". I've been getting my nails done long enough to know how to remove them and it DOES NOT take a half hour. After I had heard enough, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her I do not plan on coming back and that it was highly inappropriate and unacceptable for her as well as her employees to sit there talking badly about their customers. She was very surprised and taken back that I knew what they were saying but instead of apologizing, she told me that it was good that I wouldn't be coming back. WORST NAIL...

It was a very unique pedicure. I asked for the coffee pedicure and everything was fine until after she put the paraffin wax on my feet she then proceeded to pour candle wax on my legs and massage it in. I didn’t recall reading that in the description and it was a fake strawberry smell. I questioned her about it but not sure if I was getting my distaste across. Had to come home to do my own sugar scrub on my legs to get the wax off and for the terrible smell to go away. I maybe could understand this step if it appeared to be an organic candle with no scent however this candle had been burned and I was like did you just take that out of the bathroom? She appears to melt the wax by placing the container in the towel...
