I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years. I went to the Lockport Verizon and upgraded my phone and they said I could get an upgrade on my apple watch also. So I went ahead and purchased these items and gave them my 2 year old watch and phone which both worked fine. I have been unable to get service in my home in Florida since I have been here. I have been on the phone with Verizon in Lockport and Corporate for numerous hours. I keep getting run around. I have had no service for 8 days. I contacted Lockport Verizon and was told they can refund me the money I paid for the upgrade, approximately $200.00, but I am out of luck as far any further help. They get to keep my phone and watch which they sent back to Verizon so they can sell to someone else. I have to start from square one, and purchase a new phone and watch. From the moment we walked in, Mital greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs. The entire process was smooth and efficient, we were in and out of the store in no time with our new phones set up and ready to use. Additionally, Mital went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. She even made sure we understood the charges to account going forward on the upgrades we selected and even found ways for us to save on services we were already signed up for!

Read moreI Had by far one of the most amazing experience EVER considering the frustration alone of having to go in.... however an employee (Austin W.) helped me out with not only picking out a phone with the specific specs/details that I was looking for, but I was very pleased as to how knowledgeable he was and how he patiently explained everything I needed to know about ordering the phone I wanted. Nothing to him made me feel like any question had was a stupid one... Upon pickup the store was mildly packed and he was the ONLY staff member on hand, however he not only engaged with everyone individually but collectively as a whole.
