Tonight my boss explained that he was looking for a particular vape which he Iliterally road around til the sun went down. He went to a place in locust which referred him to another place. He was on his way and when he got there the person said he didnât have it which he said the person who worked at the store called and he said he had it and heâd wait til he got there but unfortunately this vape place lied. He road all the way there. He said by this time his pissed but he then went inhabits in Licust grove by Marcos pizza. Now my boss is big on customer service. He said they explained that they werenât the place but they had more flavors. This was told to him by the owner. He said the owner was persistent on selling him another flavor until he said thatâs like asking me to switch from Adoni Elohim/Yahua to whatever the buddy god is named. So while the boss walked out there were 2 young beautiful ladies by the name of Haley & Kelley. My boss said he could tell by the look in their eyes they felt sorry for him because he was doing all that running around not to mention the vape shop in the Walmart plaza across from where they were had just lied and did it with a straight face and sense of oh well just come back when I have it but Iâll sell you some old paint until what you want arrivesđ. Anyways while he was sitting there debating on whatâs next Kelly and Haley were on their phones trying to see where else he could go because it was getting late and he told them he wasnât from locust grove and his wife will soon be wondering where he was. Now my boss is a daily older gentleman but he looks 35 and his mature soul was touched because of their empathy and professionalism over a old man who just wanted a vape. He said it made him feel like a king even though if you knew his story he gets treated like one. He said he really felt they cared by their actions. Now later or a few minutes after their boss walked in with a grape vape, the exact one he was looking for. . He said he know Yah (God) doesnât approve of him vaping but right then he believed it was Him saying, thatâs enough here you go. My boss buys like 15-20 of those grape cool aid vapes every month. He said right then they got a new customer. That what they did touched him . He always complains about customer service but he said Kelly and Halley and the owner showed him tonight that there are people who still care about their customers. My boss is a Afghanistan war veteran and when he told me âSalute to those peopleâ I knew this shop not only had what he wanted but they had integrity empathy, and professionalism and that goes a long way with most older people in the world.    Read moreFirst off Iâve been coming to this location for years ever since Angela was manager and left, and since then the quality of the shop has gone done tremendously. There was new staff almost every week for months who arenât knowledgeable about products and they changed the loyalty discount from 5$ off to 10% which forces you to spend more money if you want an actually discount. Now recently they never have products bc of a new system Iâm told, when it was never an issue before. Now even there deals donât work they offer b2g1 free on Saturday for mushroom and delta 8 products but you canât use your points or military discount! Even on the days the sale is not active and itâs just not right. The only saving grace was the employees their and the manager Justin they tried their best to help me everytime and ensured I still walked away with a smile despite all that, theyâre knowledgeable was incredible and gave the store a good atmosphere. Everything is about money here and it always will be long time customer never come back bc of this, I will go to any of the other shops in the area as they are much better to their customers...

Their staff is AMAZING but over time, this business has shown its true colors: They treat their employees like pure trash. They're blaming their employees for their profits dropping. HINT: it's NOT your employees! Their "rewards program" is a complete joke. They are privately owned, so they decide (maybe depending on how sunny it is outside?) when the products you've been buying for months will no longer be available for discounts such as loyalty points. They keep doing this with more & more of their products. Just throw the entire "rewards program" in the garbage disposal atp. This feels dishonest when I go into a business I've frequented for quite a while & Ive continuously purchased certain items & their policies change on those items like we change undies.
