REVIEW EDIT: Previously, about a year ago, I'd reviewed all positive as the foods were fresh, staff friendly, prep, EVERYTHING good a year ago. NOW, it's a whole hot mess of a retail chain as there are new owners so the staff are awful, foods are old & stale, & overall, it's a waste of space. I'd gone today after several months & food is still bad and not fresh. The staff are always occupied doing NOTHING. & it's proof of decline of food & service where as it was always packed, now, like a ghost town. Apparently this chain location should shut down as it's nothing of what it used to be and the food is downright disgusting, old, undress, & staff can't understand customers & vice versa. It changed for the worse. Proof when I'd ordered my food, empty & as I prepped to leave, 1 customer came in, saw then left right back out. My sandwich, inedible as my bread hard, meats not fresh, & if I'd not said anything, my bacon would be uncooked. Staff also dropped my sandwich when I'd mentioned I wanted my bacon cooked. SAD! Not recommend, not giving business anymore & seems as consumers aware & avoid altogether.

Ordered a Tuna Sandwich and it was very hard, either expired or was on shelf for way too long. something definitely wrong with that tuna. after few bites we informed one of the workers, he offered to remake the sandwich with a new batch of tuna from inside. when we get to the counter, the cashier "Chad" is like you have to pay for this. so Paid $8 for the first sandwich and now because they had problem with Tuna, I was asked to pay another $8 for remake. side note, even one of the workers who preps tuna, agreed something is wrong with the Tuna being hard. Any Ways what a way to rip-off customers!!!
on top of that I think they have those plastic gloves in the store for a reason. one of the workers, was using the same old glove for doing everything from making sandwiches to doing other things in the store and then coming back to make more sandwiches.
Later on of the workers goes into the bathroom to fix the clog bathroom situation, However, he comes out after few minutes unable to fix the clog, puts the sign "out-of-order" and returns to sandwich making. I can just wonder, what kind of germs might've gotten onto this shirt that is coming in close contact with the food.

Read moreI was in a hurry so I pre-ordered through the app. I wanted to order a Subway Melt (turkey, ham, and bacon melt) but it's still not available to order through the app though I was told that it was back on the menu. No big deal; I just ordered the turkey ham melt instead, though I elected to add pepperoni on it for the additional cost. I picked up my order when I get there, pleasantly surprised that it was ready on time, fixed my drinks and left. I was in a hurry, so I didn't check the sandwich before leaving, though I shouldn't have to done the mobile receipt clearly last everything that is supposed to be added on the sandwich in list form so that it is easy to follow. This was a mistake to assume, as when I got home later, the pepperoni that I had paid extra for was not on the sandwich. I do not blame the young lady who was working, as it appeared that she was the only one working of the employees that was there. I did, however, text a comment/complaints number, to which I received a prompt reply that a manager would be in contact with me soon. Spoiler alert, that did not happen.
