
Avoid this place like the plague. Brought a stereo that I had purchased to them for installation. After having my vehicle for over an hour I was informed that the system that I purchased did not fit properly and that the motorized screen would not function due to the size of the radio that I purchased. After discussing this with my wife, she decided that she did not want the radio installed if the screen would not function. After relaying this to the lady behind the counter, she directed her employee to put the old radio back in the vehicle. He then told her that the dash kit was damaged by him in an attempt to fit the radio, which he was not able to accomplish, and would not be able to be used again. I was then charged $25 for the kit, and an additional $65 in labor, $95 with taxes, for a broken dash kit, and to have my car returned to its original state. After telling the lady in charge that this does not seem right, especially since she knew that the brand that I purchased does not always fit right, as she told me numerous times . I was rudely told that this was not her fault that the system didn't fit. While i understand this, they are the professionals and should have informed me right away that they typically have issuses with those radios. When I told her that she should inform customers prior to damaging parts that they are ultimately going to charge the customer for, I was told thanks for the advice, and hung up on.
All said and done I still have to purchase radio and have it installed for my wife, but this poorly run business will not see another dime from me.

I called back a little bit later to ask what model they had in stock because I needed it now and was ready to drive up and purchase it. I was asked to hold and no one came back for 25 minutes, I looked at the time on my phone. I hung up and called back. I asked them to name a few of the products and he said I don't know, I don't have them in front of me. I called last week and the guy who answered the phone had a computer in front of him and was able to pull up all the stock in building and let me know what they had. Your service depends on who is there and what kind of day they are having, go elsewhere or order online and do it yourself. I help manage a company and this company needs to be managed. The other guy working with him (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was also great—he gave me honest advice about what I was looking for and pointed me in the direction of something better, which led me to the Memphis 12 prefabs. And let me tell you, these subs absolutely BOOM! Great quality, deep bass, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
