I have to give this store location and Stephen five stars very friendly and nice people. Their customer service skill are awesome when I say I loved my experience at the store. I had a smooth transaction no problems no telling me this and it turned out to be something else. Stephen was on it he explained everything to me he even had to explain somethings more than once and he did not lose his cools or nothing. I really enjoyed my experience it did not take him long to active 5 lines of service for me he even took his time to help me find phone numbers that I wanted even out of state numbers that I wanted. I went directly to AT&T to see what I could do before the thief could get into my accounts, etc. AT&T does not open until 10:00A.M. but the gentleman that was there must have sensed my panic and ask if I needed assistance. I explained the situation and he went above & beyond to help me. I asked his name because I was EXTREMELY grateful. Read more2nd time this store has not been helpful. Me and my mom walked in hoping to upgrade her current phone to a newer one and when we arrived no one welcomed us, just gave us a nasty look. We continued to look at the phones since the only associate in the store was helping someone else, a 2nd associate named tyler walked in and he proceeded to help us. Although tyler helped us and was very nice, the way he was explaining things would not make sense. He’d say one thing but when he asked his manager (the only other associate and one who didn’t welcome us in) about what he just explained to us, he’d say that wasn’t possible.
