Store manager refused to return items that were bought from their online store per their policy. Everything was in original, brand new, condition with tags. Then he refused to give anything but store credit for the purchases. I explained that I needed the purchases to go back to their credit card because I would be charged 30% APR on items I no longer have and I don't wish to buy anything else. He refused this. Wonderful, kind, and helpful employees and a great selection of alternative clothing and accessories. A bit of a shame that it's no longer just a store for alt fashion and now wastes shelf space for funko pops and disney merch, but most of the store remains a haven for those looking to buy alternative clothes without having to splurge on expensive alternative brands. They could do to add a wider range of sizes as it can be difficult to find any pants or skirts available bigger than a women's 10 in store but the hot topic website typically has more sizes available and the employees are more than willing to order a larger size for you to...

The store is in bad shape to sum it up. The shirts are never matching what it shows on the walls and are a mess. It's hard to find a size of shirt when everything is just thrown together and not folded. The way stuff is placed on the floor makes it hard to navigate around the store especially when there are alot of people in the store. It sucks to say bc I love this store and it sucks seeing it...
