KFC — Restaurant in Logan Township

This was a disaster. We waited in line in the drive through 20mins and someone finally took our oder and we could barely understand them. We order and then they tell us its gonna be over 30 mins for white meat. This should have been told to us from the get go.... We decide to come back 45 mins later and the line is gone and we order and then they wait until after we hage paid to tell us they're waiting on breasts. i asked how long said..maybe 10min. We pull around and wait 20more minutes..with a sick 2 yr old in the car. I go in wanting a refund and find others standing around who have been waiting forever. THE WORKER waltzes right past me after Giving another couple their food after.they had to be waiting as long if not longer than us.. and brings out the food to our car and says litterally nothing. No thank you or apology or anything. We check the sides and theyre all half the size they used to be and everyone of our boxes is so dripping in grrase the boxes collapse into.the bag she brought out. 2 whole breasts and I watched them box everything up. WE weren't waiting for breast. We were waiting for everything. This is 100%...

UGh! Disgusting! Stopped in to try the new $4 chicken sandwich, and I couldn't finish half of it, even though I was really hungry. The incredible smell lured us in, but here's what we (both) got:

-Drive-thru only service -A nice, relaxing wait—despite being the only car -Rubbery, cold, and soggy "chicken" -Really stale, smashed, soggy bread, complete with garbage odor -Green plant material that looked as though it'd been boiled -Mayonnaise that was yellow (only in some spots) -30 minutes of mild to moderate stomach distress

From the open service window, that lovely anticipatory parking-lot-of-KFC aroma quickly switched over to an emanation of stale garbage and old grease. Gag reflex. The blank, miserable expression on the worker said it all: he handed me that bag with the sort of listless passion one might deliver lukewarm dog waste to a bin with. It's not his fault, but that place was a mess.

I would honestly like to give 0 stars. Went there through drive thru. Order: 2 large coleslaw, 1 single baked bean, 6 cornbread. This location does not serve cornbread, I switch to biscuits. I get home to get ready feed my terminally ill grandmother some coleslaw, well that was dry cabbage, no juice. Knowing I had to go back I go to serve her a hot biscuit and butter, well low and be hold, there is no butter. Now I'm fuming, plus the biscuits are cold and hard. I try to call, 5 times I got hung up on. I drove out there and have to wait 5 minutes to someone to acknowledge I was even there. Then the manager needed me to explain the full story, keep in mind he was the one who waited on me going thru drive thru. While waiting for coleslaw that is able to,be eaten, the one girl is mouthy about things and tells me tje,corporate office says customers have to ask for butter. It is a cost saving technique that they...
