JCPenney — Local services in Logan Township

I've enjoyed shopping at Jcp since I was a kid. Our family loves their exclusive brands of clothing like SJB, Arizona and especially Worthington. They also carry major brands like Liz Claiborne, Levi, Monet, Samsonite, USGA_ Dockers, Cuisenart, Aarow, Rachel Ray, Nike etc... Clothing has exceptional fit and fabrics that last, minimal fading. Jcp item reviews help me make good decions about color or sizing/fit... Bedding, curtain and bath items offfered in countless styles/designs and price ranges. Some are Walmart quality and some are just perfect for us, some are luxury/high end..The rewards program is easy and can't be lost like store cash at other stores. Sales at times are phenomenal... Website is simple to.use and coupons easy to find. Some negative reviews here on google are obviously from 2-3 yes ago when the store hired new CEO .. Who made some very poor decisions. Quality suffered during that transition. We are so happy things are back to normal now. Lastly, the occasional return is very easy too. Overall, it's just a fun...

I always shop at Jcpenny especially for my kids,now I'm thinking other wise due to how I was treated about a mistake that was made with pricing being wrong. Had Arizona long sleeve shirts and joggers on sale from what the sign said above it. Under the sign was Arizona long sleeve shirts and joggers. I was told that on the sign said that regular price of item was 30 but alll items under it didnt match what it said as regular price so the item couldnt go for that price.????looks like the wrong sign was put up or pricing wasn't change. Thought stores were to honor the mistake. Noting under the sign match with the sale sign price,but what it said as to what type of cloths that were for sale match; and they didn't take it down either at least before I left. Now I'm not sure about shopping there anymore, because I'm gonna have to question everything price if its real or not; too much of a...

I was just treated very rude by an older associate at the men's department while browsing. I picked up a pair of Arizona shorts and an Arizona graphic tee shirt that was on clearance and the associate asked if she could take the items to the register while I keep on shopping and I said yes. Then I decided to check out my items and she informed me that the pink tags are buy one get one free so I decided to get another item just to be followed by that same associate like if I'm trying to steal. Also, that associate was coughing all over the clothes and into her hands like it's a normal thing. So, I decided to ditch my purchase after witnessing everything that I saw... By the way, there were other associates openly coughing all over the store. It's a very unprofessional unsanitary environment. I suggest for everyone to disinfect and wear a mask before entering...
