She had us first find our sleep number on their lowest priced bed. It was evident that we needed a bed with more support. It was a great experience to relax on the beds. Bethany was warm and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to "oversell" a product. I bought an i8 with their best adjustable base. Her "upsell" was spot on. I bought a remote and a mattress pad to protect the mattress. She helped me set up the SN app! That is way cool! There weren't any questions she couldn't answer or find the answer quickly. The service at the time of purchase was great. However, read the small print. We have had our bed for less than three years had to replace one bladder and had the repair man out one time before that.
