I have been shopping here for more than 7 years here and there. As mentioned in my original review. 5 years ago. They have acceptable quality and acceptable prices. In my last encounter how ever, I realized they do not share all the sale info.

And I got screwed. They don’t have a single sign anywhere to say sales are final!!! Not even the sale person mentioned once, just on the receipt that you get “after” purchase. To make the matter worse, they don’t mention some of their products have hazardous material.

We purchased a nice mirror and before installing I saw this large warning sign for cancerous material in the back. When I took the mirror back for return they didn’t take it back. They didn’t even accept to give me store credit, since I need outdoor furniture and other stuff, I was planning to spend a lot more. When I explained I have a one year old and can not have this in his room. Answer was try selling it on eBay.

So they were willing to lose a long term customer who spent over $3000 over the years for $199 mirror. And also lost my 5 star.

We bought 2 couches and 2 end tables. Eric, our salesman, was great. Not pushy, answered all of our questions, and moved things around for us so we could see how the furniture went together. Pieces were exactly what we ordered. There was no damage to the furniture. It was delivered when we were told it would be. We thought a small piece of the sectional was missing, but called and they were very nice about helping us find it nested in another piece. The prices are outstanding. I purchased furniture from this place and it was setup as a display in my home. My house is not kid friendly so kids that visit do just that visit for a short period. Well as I arrived home I went to check out my furniture, being I'm in Wisconsin for the summer I noticed the right arm of the sofa is broken. I called the store and the young lady was so rude about the issue I had to get off the line with her. But this store is a knock off when it comes to things being damaged and wanting a return .
