I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed Sylvia before! I’ve been coming to her for a couple of years for everything from watch repairs to talk marriage and life. I trusted my grandfather’s high school graduation watch to her to be repaired, which had a broken face and hadn’t functioned in probably decades. It was returned not only in working condition, but in much better condition than it was when I brought it in! Since then she’s been my only option. She does everything possible to give the customer the greatest return at the best price; and, she’s extraordinarily patient, especially for someone like me with hundreds of questions about everything.

Good craftsmanship is not the only thing you get from Sylvia, you find that within a few moments you have a friend. Despite only knowing her for a couple years, I feel like she’s been a part of my life for much longer. I enjoy just going in for the conversation and connection to the point that when I need to have any watch repairs done I don’t feel inconvenienced by it; I’m happy to be able to visit a friend.

Sylvia is amazing. She was able to make a custom ring for my proposal. It was such a quick process, and she is so knowledgable. I couldn't be happier. I was able to use diamonds from my grandparents, and she even made sure one of them that was a bit damaged didn't crack. The entire process probably took only a month, and Sylvia was open to anything I needed. She was extremely quick with responses and would know my voice over the phone.
