Last Wednesday, July 21, 2024 I went to Buffalo wild wings for the first time in a maybe a year probably. I used to go more often. I was going for the all you could eat boneless chicken wings for $19.99. I got there between 8:00-8:15.
I was told the first set of wings I would get 10, and then six traditional serving. The first 10 were barely acceptable. I waited about 15 minutes, and they were barely warm and somewhat hard. The server said I could order another set when I was halfway done with the first one, but wasn’t around until a few minutes after I finished the entire first set.
The second 6 were not edible. They came out in 3 minutes. So I know they weren’t cooked, they had been in some type of warmer. I ate 1. They were cold and rock hard. I just asked for my check. I am 100% positive they were cooked during the dinner rush of 5 PM to 7 PM and put in some type of warmer, and the sauce is just added when they ordered. However, these were kept in the warmer way way too long.
I wouldn’t have minded, waiting for my first set of swings, my second set, and even my third set if I chose to have them and they’ve been hot and fresh.
I assume you ran the promotion to get customers in and build business. Not that I came there a lot, but you lost a customer for life last Wednesday. I used to average going there 2-3 times a year.
This isn’t pre-2000, when fast food restaurants just wanted to get you in and out and quality didn’t matter. I am editing my previous review from 1 star to 3 stars.
They reached out to me and called me, and after hearing what happened refunded the cost of my meal. I think that type of Customer Concern is to be rewarded.
Unfortunately, I could only go to 3 stars since the initial experience was way below what I expected, but they did everything they could to rectify the situation, which I truly appreciate. Today’s customer wants quality food and doesn’t care if they have to wait. You’re not even considered a fast food restaurant. I wouldn’t have minded waiting at all for quality food. The food I got served was horrible! Buffalo wild wings should be ashamed to serve that...
Read moreTLDR: double and triple check your order. Food was missing and orders were incorrect.
I really enjoy BWW's, but I probably won't go back to this location especially during peak hours. It was a mess from the start.
The parking lot was a wild west poop show. Accidents waiting to happen with every new customer.
It looked like they were understaffed and stressed because there was a giant line at the front door with no one hosting. Poor guy at the carryout counters phone had to put someone on hold every other minute.
I did an online order with pickup. Ready time was 6:30 and didn't get the food till 7. Once I arrived home I found my order was incorrect. All the side dishes, sauces and appetizer were missing. I called them and was placed on a 10 min hold. Explained my predicament of my order multiple times. Was told to come back to pick up the items that were missing. Asked for an order of cheese curds for trouble and they happily obliged. Didn't get home till 7:30 with the rest of our food.
Today for leftovers found another mistake in the order. We ordered the bundle of 20 traditional and 20 boneless. Found that we got 30 traditional and 10 boneless instead. Wouldn't be an issue for some, but others in the household prefer boneless. I also ordered a burger with no onions, but there were onions.
Would have given 1 star, but they did try to make it up (after a request). I also would have given more stars because they were stressed, but we found more mistakes the day after.
I understand that part of this rests on the customer, but ideally one would pay for goods and services and get exactly what...
Read moreStart by saying the place was not close to being busy at all, it was a very slow day. The host at the front door was very friendly and tentative when my family and I came through the door. It was only 3 of us that came to dine there. I asked for a booth and the host provided us with one that was near the door. We wanted about 15-20 mintues, then we left because no server came to acknowledge our presents at the table. We wasn't even offered water nor did we even get approached by the server that suppose to been serving us. But what I did notice a server that asked the two gentlement that was sitting right next to us, would that like a another beer. In my mind I thought she would come right back to us but she didnt. We waited patiently still no one game after 15 minutes. So we debating on leaving and we did. Right before leaving a waitied a couple minutes for the host to come back so that I could give her the tablet, she let use which had games on it for my son to play with. When she came back I handed her the tablet and informed her we was leaving because we waited for about 20 minutes and no came to serve us. The host seemed upset, not at me but I believe she was upset at the server because she looked around angrily looking for her. The thing is the place was not busy, I would say it was about 35% busy, so thats very low for BWWs. This was a Sunday evening. I wanted to speak with the manager but I left it alone. I was upset nor angry but one thing I was very hungry and had a taste for some boneless wings. All said and done the service was terrible...
