Terrible management. Went there to experience the IMAX effect, told the ticket agent that's why we went there, he gave us two tickets and said go to room #10. When we finished the movie, we went back to the ticket booth and told another different agent that the IMAX screen was not very impressive. He said they only have one room that's IMAX and #10 was not. He pointed to another one and only room that's IMAX. We complained why the previous agent did not send us to that IMAX one that we wanted to see. This new ticket agent said go in there and see the difference. It was getting late and we wanted to take the bus back to the hotel before it gets dark, but we said we will go take a quick look just to see how it's like. As soon as we sat down, a young 20 year old kid came over and said we have to leave the room and go purchase another ticket before we can come back in. We tried to explain the reason we were there and asked for the manager. He said he's the manager and he sternly told us to get up and leave. We are senior citizens and was not treated respectfully at all. We weren't going to sit through another movie, we just wanted to get a feeling of what it's like in an IMAX room just for a little while and leave. We were embarrassed to be told rudely to leave.
