Absolutely shocked the way the female manager , Jenn Jasso, handles customers. It ends with her hanging the phone up in my face! I first signed up under a promotion that I was told was $89 a month. I asked the receptionist twice is it going to be $89 next month as well she responded I think and I asked for clarity and she looked at the computer and said yes. This was all with a few minutes of signing up. So the issue came when next month I was charged $109. I reached out and one email responded to me apologizing and said they get back to me next then I know I get a different email from Ms Jasso acting like she was confused what I was requesting. So I called and let her know that I was told it was gonna be $89 and just wanted a $20 credit for my last month because I had already requested a cancellation of membership after the month that already had been charged. She told me she could only do a $10 credit because of corporate. Long story short she said she doesnât know what happened between me and the receptionist basically wouldnât even acknowledge that there was a miscommunication. I never yelled never cussed but did express that I wasnât satisfied with the customer service she said. âOkay I understandâ never even offered an apology for the situation. she also lied and said both emails were from the same person but were clearly not after I checked back that it said her name. This was after I asked for her name and she HUNG UP ON ME. I disputed with my credit card company and got my money back. All I wanted was a simple acknowledgment as a customer that I was given wrong info. I even expressed how I like the classes. But she was so focused on the $20 credit and in the end I was given my full Money back. Absolutely ridiculous. Mind you the contract that she told me to look at didnât have that it was gonna be $109 then she said well itâs on the website. Why would that matter if I was signing up through a promotion and itâs not even on the receipt. She acted as if I was some unreasonable customer that was yelling and cussing her out. All I was giving was my feedback as a customer. And I guess because I already was gonna cancel after the month she didnât care to resolve with me.    Read moreI signed up at this studio with an unlimited membership when it first opened and I was impressed at the time. However I have seen a decline in the instructors over the past few years. There are several who do not demonstrate the poses let alone help you out. There is one instructor in particular who I found really annoying because she likes to talk about herself and constantly makes jokes that are just not funny. I found that I was avoiding her classes because I just don't like this kind of aggravation while I am taking a yoga class.
To add insult to injury, to cancel your membership you need to email them "30 days before your next billing". I emailed them 20 days before my next billing and was told that my membership would be canceled 30 days after my next bill. So in practice this means your membership cannot be canceled until 30 days after your next billing. I never did get an email confirmation of my cancelation. They make it easy to sign up but difficult to cancel. Poor...
