product allergens not labeled. Allergic reaction occurred I attended dinner at Pumphouse Longmont. I decided to get a flight. In the flight I received the “fraudulence” (quite fitting for the name) stout. As you can see the drink does not say it contains nuts or has a nutty flavor. There are drinks in the menu that clearly state they have a nutty flavor. I proceeded to have a reaction in the store and asked the server to if any of my food contained nuts. I had the spinach dip and pretzel at that time. She checked and they did not. I had to walk to find her and asked her to then look at the flights I received because my tongue was swelling up. My friend had Benadryl so I took that into we received more information. She comes back with a paper that the chefs uses. And says “you might want to read this”. I read the paper and on the chefs viewpoint sheet. It stated nuts. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the paper she showed me. I was focused on my safety. I went out to the car to grab my Epi-pen. While walking out I pass her who is telling the manager about the incident. When I come back in the manager (Cory) doesn’t check in on me. We settle the items we ate and I asked to speak to the manager afterwards. When speaking with Cory he was very dismissive and not concerned for the well-being of his customers. I asked why he did not come to the table when he heard there was a food allergen concern. And he stated he allows his servers to handle the tables and only gets involved when the customer asks for him. He proceeded to sash that he would find a way to talk to the brewers but he has no control of Customer facing products. He stated he thought I was okay since I went to get my Epi-pen.

The server, Diana, was prompt and attempted to find more information about the allergen. She acknowledged that the customer facing ingredients needed to be updated and contain allergens. I usually 9.5/10 get along with my servers and never have to call a manager. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Cory’s tone, demeanor, and approach was overall appalling.

The food was subpar. However, I did enjoy...

Had a couple somewhat decent experiences before I had gone with my girlfriend here a couple weeks back. The food is usually good, but not everything was made to the standards that are set for Pumphouse. Because of covid, seating arrangements were changed. As you could see from the street, one lane was blocked off to allow more patrons of the Pumphouse to eat outside. We all know that the restaurant industries have hurt from covid causing capacity maximum of under 50 percent what it used to be.

It was very loud when we were unfortunately seated in the uneven, dirty street- real nice scene to eat food in. We ordered appetizers we knew were good. Orders were taken in a somewhat timely matter. It had to be 25 minutes and then we finally got our appetizer, which we were halfway through eating (and we eat fast!) and they come and bring our entrees not more than 5 minutes later. By the time the appetizer is finished, the decent food had gotten to room temperature when I went to eat a chicken burger. I had one at Friday's the night before and it took the cake on cheap tasting food, but Pumphouse came close second after failing to provide an environment that people could enjoy to eat in. The food could have tasted better and the experience could have been much better.

I told the cook, who had helped deliver the food, that this was way too close to when they just brought out food we waited 20+ minutes for. He told me he agreed that they should have been spaced out more and that it would have been a better experience. I asked if he could reflect that in the bill and he said no. He was not apologetic about the situation either.

It was such a negative experience that we left agreeing we should quit going out to eat because we (my gf and I) were very disappointed in a place we thought we could start to frequent together after long days of work apart.

Very disappointed. Won't see this...

What was once my favorite restaurant is sadly no longer… breaks my heart to even write this. Our night started off with getting served my drink in a dirty glass covered in some red lipstick marks around the rim. Our waitress, Olivia was like oh that sucks.. do you want a different glass? 🤔🤔🤔 No, I love to drink out of a dirty glass, really?! While then waiting forever for our dinner DOD our waitress check on us or offer an update? Also no. When expressing concerns to the manager, Anthony he was completely rude. Being a server before I was offering some genuine critique to help someone else have a better experience. Then our waitesss dropped off our dinners, no checking on us still. My steak was completely raw inside, not as ordered. The waitress had to be flagged down to be told this, again no offer to take it back or anything, just that sucks and walks off. Again, spoke with the manager. Immediately he says the waitress said I didn’t tell her about my steak. Hmmm.. then how do you know there’s an issue with my steak or that I’m genuinely upset because I can’t eat it. Lost appetite and still expected to pay for something I’m not eating or trying to leave the restaurant with. Just wanted it removed from the bill. He is a straight a## to me and stomps off to remove it from my bill acting as if I cooked the steak.. I’m just saddened by such rude and poor service. Hope others have a better experience but I will never go back after...

All good EXCEPT FOR the LIPSTICK on the beer glass. The server dropped off the empty beer glass and as she did she noticed lipstick still on the glass from the previous customer. Well instead of just grabbing a clean glass she came back with a wet glass…. Presumably she cleaned it by hand quick to get the lipstick off. SO YOU’RE TELLING ME YOU DON’T HAVE ANY OTHER GLASSES IN THE JOINT!?!? I have that capability even in my OWN HOME. I’m not sure what’s going on there but that was a bizarre interaction. Seriously good wings. Get the sauced traditional, trust me. I don’t even live in Longmont but I would consider driving there from boulder to have those wings again. They are expensive though. They’re like $20 after tax and tip. Pretty insane now that I’m thinking about it. Not sure if they’re $20 worth of wings but they are super good. Other apps are good too. We had pretty much all of them but those were best by far. The Wheat beer was my fav. Our server was iffy. She would forget orders and would have to order multiple times. For some reason struggled to take empty plates away. She spilled water on me too. Unacceptable…

The atmosphere here is very inviting! Outdoor seating, as you walk by, you just want to join the fun! Inside- is the same. The waitstaff are always walking around, you never need to wait long for someone to walk by and offer assistance. We had the pleasure of being seated in Toby’s section, it’s so refreshing to have a young man who is very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful! He offered some great suggestions, which I took him up on, and he didn’t disappoint! We had a few appetizers with drinks, shout out to the bartender! The peach long island ice tea went down so smoothly, it was hard to pace ourselves! The wings and stuffed mushrooms were absolutely delicious! We would drive across town any day of the week for those again. Our highlight really was our waiter- TOBY! He had fun with us, great conversations and was present at just the right time! He seemed to enjoy his job, he was this way for all his tables. Definitely ask for his section, when you go in, I know we will! We asked h to take a group picture of us, love his sense or humor! And his selfy haha!
