I don't know what happened to this place. I'm a native. I've dealt with Bill most of my life. Bought plenty of rims and tires since 2004. He's a good guy. The 1 star is for him.(also because I can't leave 0 stars.) I've been in 3 times in 2 weeks. Originally it was to get my tires patched and rotated. That didn't work. They couldn't get 1 of my spline lugnuts back on. As I watched them basically trash my thread on 1 of the 5 lugs, smh. they found some type of replacement. I took it back and more nails were found as the my front tires were not holding pressure. They found 3 more nails and patched them. In the 1 tire I took it in for originally. What about the other tires? Apparently the lug they "made work" fell off which caused the slightest of wobbles. I hit a pothole and snake bit my tire. I go in this morning to get a new tire. I don't care about the same brand. I need the exact same tire. The guy says "ok." I say hi to Bill and $165 later I walk out with a tire that doesn't match my other 3, and I can't put on because the thread is messed up on 1 of the 5 lugs. Customer service used to mean something, I'm quite sure. They "want you rolling down the road." Lol. So go here if you need other B.S. hassles in your life. All I needed was my tire patched. What a joke. It might not be much but a single dad, in today's economy? Every dollar counts and I damn sure don't like bussing to get my daughter out of school. Take it how you want. I'm...
Read moreAbsolutely WORST experience I have ever had. Took my car in to get aligned and the traction control checked before winter since my light came on for the first time ever. Ended up taking it back 3 times within a month. I was told by MULTIPLE staff including the manager that my traction control light was just on because it was a "sensor". They said replaced my upper control arm, reset my E.C.S, and aligned my tires. The traction control light continued to stay on even after I was told there would be no issues with rain or snow since it was a sensor. Not even a month later during the first snow, my traction control did not activate while driving after the first "snow" I completely total my car. I have been driving in 3 ft+ snow my entire life coming from Michigan, and I TOTAL my car when there is barely even snow? How ironic. Luckily, I was not hurt but my car is totaled after being lied to multiple times that my traction control would be fine in the snow. Absolutely disgusted by Big O' Tires and their management especially. They gave me and my family all the way in Michigan false information, lied to my father over the phone multiple times. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO...
Read moreI am so fed up with this place right now! Had to put in a new cv axel because we were told by them that it needed a longer one due to the lift on the truck, said okay paid for it and less than a year it wasn't right again!! Went back for warranty, they said they fixed it, and yes that was almost 3 years ago now but wasn't even using the 4×4 so didn't know if it really was fixed. And come to find out after a short VARY easy trail it broke and went flying out when trying to limp it home. Luckily im a tow truck driver and was able to get it towed home. But they still say I need a different cv axel for the same reason as the first time!!! Was it ever fixed right.....??? Doesn't sound like it to me!! But they want me to pay for a 3rd time to put in the part that should have been done years ago!!! And was spose to get a simple call from the manager to let me know what he could do and that didn't happen either. Sounds like absolutely no customer service skills here!!.... And I've worked customer service jobs for over 20 years so I know what it's like to do everything to make the customer happy. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE SEEN IN YEARS!! What a joke...
