at around 8:30 pm on Sunday i was craving a burrito, So i start calling to place an order since I know they always close at 9pm
Well to my surprise the phone rings and rings for a good 2-3 minutes, No one ever picks up. here am thinking they are busy, cant pick up Lets go there and get our food, as i am on my way i am still calling hoping to have my food ready by the time i get there. well at 8:45 pm, we get there and i noticed people grabbing their coats getting ready to leave. my dad goes in and has some kind of conversation with the older guy. this guy seem like he was being so bothered by us hungry people. my dad had to apologize and turn around.
In case they don't know it is courtesy and appreciation towards the clients who support their business to answer the phone even if it is a minute before closing. ANSWER !!!!!!! answer peoples questions or whatever. Now this was at 8:30pm not even closing time. On their door it Clearly says Monday to Sunday 7am to 9pm!!!!
I don't appreciate being lied to about a business being open when it will depend on how employees are feeling like that day. It is not cool to close early with out any kind of announcement.
It was cold! I had to ask to be driven to La Panda! They could have easily answer their phone and say we are closing early today, tomorrow we will open at 7am. Have a good night or whatever
Change your freaking hours to accommodate to your schedule and your customers or hire younger people who can actually keep the place open for as long as You say it will be open,

This is an issue that has come up with other customer's as well closing early and then not answering the phone during business hours. My experience was based off of two evenings in a row that they closed approximately 20 to 15 minutes earlier then their posted hour's of business. I tried calling several times prior to driving down there to place my order of two burritos, but on both nights no one answered the phone. I drove down to the restaurant 15 minutes before 9pm and all the chairs were up on the tables and several people were inside possibly finishing up closing duties. I tried the door and it was locked. Very frustrating and unfortunate because the burrito that I get is ALWAYS good and worth the money. Please either keep to your hours of operation, adjust hours accordingly to business demands or even posting on line/on the front door that specifies a cut off time to orders placed...

My daughter & i ordered to go 2 smothered shredded beef burritoes with mild green chilli sauce & I found mine to be NOT so good.😟😕
Our smothered burritos had NO CHEESE at all but only a little bit of lettuce & one small slice of hard tomato for $7.50!!😕
Mine was also loaded with beans as a filler which i told them no beans & the green chilli sauce seems to be more of a medium or hot sauce. It was also loaded with what appeared to be 'fillers'. The green chilli sauce had what appeared to be & tasted like tiny pasta.😕
We both each also got a pastry cake slice & a small authentic type of candy & both were yummy at least.☺
Very disappointed with their so called authentic smothered burritos.😢
