Buying my new mattress here was a great experience. I took their survey online before going so i had a few mattress suggestions to have a starting place. Birdie was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, and didn’t try to upsell me at all. He didn’t even have the vibe of a salesman, more like if you asked your neighbor for info because he happened to be super knowledgeable about mattresses. In fact, as I often do when I’m not worried about putting off salespeople, I upsold myself! When i asked about a mattress type that wasn't already on display, he didn't hesitate to pull one out of the stack along the wall and put it out so i could see what I thought. He helped me have an affordable price (even if I did spend twice what I planned - my own fault) so much that I decided to buy additional items I hadn’t planned on. Also, the company had really great deals going on, which allowed me to upgrade a bit. These purchases are never cheap or quick, but Birdie made it as efficient and painless as possible. Excellent experience! Our sales associate, Katherine Borchert, was more than we are used to. She was knowledgeable, patient and when we went to finalize our order she to get delivery w/in the week she noticed what we picked out had been taken out of inventory from the warehouse just in the time we were talking. When I asked what alternatives we had offered an upgrade and a pillow for the situation changing on us. Amazing customer services and sales associate. We had our mattress delivered to our house w/in 48hrs with great communication and friendly delivery men. Would highly recommend not only Mattress firm as a company but also this particular store and Katherine. My wife and I have purchased mattresses from 4 different companies in the last 10 years and this is by far the best experience we have ever had.
