I was thinking about telling my big long story but I’ll keep it shorter. My best advice to you right now would be to use the drive thru. I ordered ahead of time online and my food was almost 20 minutes late. They do not care about the People in the lobby. Drive thru is their priority. There is no communication at all. Not a “sorry about the wait, we’re working on your order right now” nothing. Not even a glance your way. I watched a man ask a young worker if anyone could take his order and the worker pointed to the busy kitchen area which is visible in the lobby— and say “umm I’m sorry we’re like really busy right now… so uh yeah!” And then he took off. The only one who seemed to care about us lobby people was Julia the manager. She had to do their job and hers after they “couldn’t find” or just didn’t really look for a DoorDash order another man was waiting for. Apparently due to that long wait another order he had picked up had since melted. Another woman was waiting to tell them they gave her the wrong order but nobody cared about any of the issues of the lobby people. Lol it was a lesson for me for sure. I won’t go inside or order online anymore. I know they’re understaffed and most of us are right now but communication is key! It takes 5 seconds to say “I apologize for your wait, please be patient with us, we’re short staffed and will get to you as soon as we can.” It happens and people understand(most of the time) when you communicate. Read moreI didn't like my experience it was my first time coming. I was parked infront of their doors waiting for my food to be ready. When I started to see some of the workers coming out the back looking around and then going back in, which I found very suspicious. I then saw a gentlemen excit the KFC heading towards his car that happen to be parked right infront of the employee doors. Two employees coe out and start verbally attacking the gentlemen who was already trying to get into his car.I had my kids with me and unfortunately they also had to witness this. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior your job is to maintain your composure and be professional at all times. I was sad and disappointed by their inmature actions. There is already too much violence why do this when it could of all been avoided. Why provoke something that could possibly hurt yourselves and others? Why not just do your job and act like civilised humans instead of being disrespectful? You never know what may come of your actions this world is scary. I feel if this can be avoided why not take that chance? Instead of risking the well being of yourself and those around you. I will not be going back to this location. Read moredrive thru line moved reasonably quickly, payment easy, receipt included with order. drive thru order speaker was pretty clear, a nice thing these days of no personal contact. was asked to pull ahead to wait a order was a little larger than what they had on hand, also nice for others not to have to wait on line for my order, so all logistics were fine. food was a different story. usually get original recipe pieces and like them. this time tried the honey BBQ wings. chose that as reportedly the least hot of the sauces. I am not a fan of mouth numbing spices. usually get my wings from wingstop in another city so was expecting wings cooked in the sauce. these are just KFC breaded wings with some warm sauce poured over many of them, a big disappointment. not sure what taste might have been since sauce was dominated by mouth numbing hot stuff. my wife could not eat them, found one mostly untouched by sauce at the bottom of the pile. on the other hand, whatever a RDM dose of capsaicin might be, I am now covered for the next several months.
