Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Longview

I order pizza from these guys at least once a month, sometimes twice. Every. single. time. something is wrong. They ALWAYS forget to bring a drink when you order delivery. Also, even though it says they close at 11, there have been many times we ordered well before that on a weekend, to be called thirty or so minutes later and told they would not deliver. We got used to this and started ordering earlier and picking it up instead. Every time I go to the pick up window, they forget my salad or drink. The pizza is skimped on the toppings. Last time, bacon was the only meat on one of my pizzas and there was barely two or three little pieces on the pizza. On this particular visit, they forgot my salad and drink (the salad i remembered but the drink i did not since my husband ordered, so that was MY fault), and after getting home, I realized that there was hardly any bacon or tomato on my pizza and the salad was so skimpy with not nearly as many toppings as usual, no carrot and the one celery was old and nasty. (I know you can build your own salad but i had never had a problem with the salad quality before, in fact, I stop by a few times a month for just a salad). Anyways, after calling the manager, he promised a one time credit of $30 for my nearly $50 order and said that I had to use the credit all at once, and if I had any issues to let them know SKYLAR said we had the credit. THIS WAS 6 DAYS AGO. Six days later i go to order another 40 dollars worth of food, and guess what, NO CREDIT. Manager calls Skylar and Skylar cannot seem to remember the credit FROM SIX DAYS AGO. I am absolutely done with the incompetence of this location. I am taking my business to another location that is further away because we have always preferred Pizza Hut. If the corporate office does not do anything about the REPEATED lack of competence I have dealt with over the last two years, I will stop patronizing Pizza Hut altogether. This is ridiculous! The hundreds of dollars I have spent there, and they cannot even make up for their many mistakes. By the way, tonight when i attempted to make this order I was told by the female who began the order that the Supremo sandwhich had NO MEAT on it. I had asked if they could take the ham off and she said it had no meat just cheese and tomatoes. I asked for clarification as this is something we had ordered before and she again told me it had no meat on it. I called my husband into the room with her on speaker and he heard it too. I gave it a star because there are no lower options I went inside to eat. So glad I did because after what so saw I will never eat there or order from there again! At first when walking in I had to walk quickly past the rest area to get passed the smell. I sat on the opposite side of the room and could still smell it. I assumed a strong odor of Parmesan then remembered they don’t have any there. Even the seating area was quite warm so I can imagine the kitchen. I had a perfect view of the kitchen and the pizza line. No one wore gloves! And I witnessed at least 3 if the kitchen workers come up to the front for drinks. All were sweaty and dirty and looked like they were in a sweat house. I saw one of them coughing without covering his mouth then went back to the kitchen. Another came up and wiped her sweaty face with her hand then went right back to working the line. We waited an hour for spaghetti that I saw come from a plastic bag and sauce that was microwaved 4 times because she kept leaving her station. Finally when brought to us it was cold and the bowls were dirty. Then to top it off.... the garlic bread that came with it had a unmistakable human bite from it. Because my companion did not face the kitchen he was not a disgusted and sent the spaghetti back and said it was cold. Then with an attitude someone said to put it back in the oven as if we were causing them issues. It was never in the oven in the first place. That restaurant is so unsanitary it needs to be shut down. All the people that order pizza and get it delivered have no idea the conditions the food is being made in. I could go on and on! I usually only leave good restaurant reviews but today 10/19/2022 I ordered pick-up at Pizza Hut on Gilmer Rd. My order was more than $50 for 2 side salads, a small order of bread sticks, a 12 piece mild buffalo bone in wing, a 12 piece half garlic half medium buffalo bone in wing, and a variety of dips and salad dressings. I sent a friend to pick up the order since they were close by Pizza Hut and coming to see me anyway.. they didn't check the order upon pick up. NO salads but plenty salad dressing 🙄🤦‍♀️ my 12 piece order of half garlic half medium buffalo bone in wings was plain and dry. Maybe 2 tablespoons of sauce in the bowl but none on the chicken. NONE. .. and it was only garlic no buffalo sauce at all. The bread sticks were hard 😒... Nobody wants that Pizza Hut, I tried calling to complain and was told they were closed at 9:30 pm 🙄Pizza Hut you have seen my last $50 I'm leaving you for Domino's. 😤 Not only do they get my order correct but my food is still warm...
