If you're going to run at all, do yourselves a favor and hire employees and treat them leagues better. You won't keep workers the way you treat them and it'll cause instances like yesterday, where you have to close because you're extremely understaffed.
If you can't do that, close the location, because no one wants to deal with that, especially when driving or getting delivery through delivery apps. Those deliveries are the driver's income as well and some people legitimately can't leave to get food.
As a result of the way you all treat your employees, I have never been to a location of Popeyes that has had good service. They ALL close early because they aren't willing to make an effort to make more food, they ALL treat customers horribly and a lot of them don't cook their food thoroughly and cause food poisoning. Its not just me seeing it, so many others put it in reviews. And corporate doesn't think it has to do with the value they put on their workers? If its THAT ingrained in ALL of their stores (I'm talking at least state wide in Texas, thats a LOT of locations, I travel a LOT), maybe corporate needs to make a change. A change in wage offered, a change in treatment of employees, a cleansing of staff in corporate or management positions, something!
The food is delicious if made right and the whole order is received. You have a good thing going. But this is going to be your downfall if you aren't careful. People WILL stop coming if they're treated bad enough, if the store is closed often enough, if this continues. And I don't want that, for me or...
Read moreThe food is decent on the rare occasions that you can convince someone to give any to you. We all know that Popeyes has shit service, but after today's display, I won't be enduring it again. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes (expected) while watching the cars in front of me give up and knew it would be a doozy. The brave and patient woman in front of me finally made it to the speaker, and after another 5 minutes of waiting, a brusque voice comes through the speaker and says "what do you want" in that annoyed tone we've come to expect from this place. The woman tries to order some shrimp and the employee says "I don't care the details of what you want, tell me the number." Then when the woman repeats her order as a number, the employee laughs and says "you have to tell me whether you want it boneless or I can't put your order in bc I don't know which you want." Remember, this woman is ordering shrimp. Have you ever been offered boneless shrimp? I didn't know they had evolved into vertebrates. Someone should alert a biologist.
The woman repeats her order again and the employee again laughs and tells her to just come to the window because her accent is too thick to understand (it wasnt). I left as she pulled up and refunded my app order because that was a vile and unnecessarily aggressive way to treat someone who just wanted some (presumably...
Read moreWorse Popeyes I have ever gone to. Got there and ordered my food. First, the employees had wrongly made an order and were yelling at one another. Then, I had to use the restroom, toilet paper everywhere except for on the roll. I wash my hands and go out and wait for my food. I always order mild chicken, the spice on the spicy makes me break out in hives and make me itch. So we get our order, it was spicy chicken. I waited 4 minutes until someone noticed me and then they gave me mild chicken with a not so mild attitude. Eventually, I sat back down to eat my food. My significant other and I then listened to employees make fun of one employee who was the ONLY one to help me and take my order. I’m assuming that this day a region manager or something had came, because when an order was wrongly done, her and the restaurant manager apologized and “whispered” about how it should’ve been handed better. I looked around and ALL the tables had something on them, crumbs, water, used napkins, etc. The sweet guy who sat next to me even had his order messed up and made a comment to me about how poorly taken care of this place was and how he should’ve “learned it was bad after his first visit”. My significant other and I left dissatisfied and we will never...
