Twice in the last couple of months, I have had the pleasure of dealing with LCC. My old PC started giving me an error message that I couldn’t fix so I took it up to LCC. Much to my dismay, it was pronounced it DOA. Admittedly, it was about 12 years old, so it had lived a good life. Fast forward a few weeks and I get a new PC. I was able to successfully transfer everything over from my laptop, but could not get my autocorrect in Word to recognize all of the entries that I had made over the last several years. As a medical and legal transcriptionist those autocorrect entries save me many keystrokes so it was of utmost importance that I get them back. A panicked quick 5- minute phone call with a knowledgeable tech at LCC was all it took to get me up and running. Everyone I have dealt with, from the young lady at the front desk to the people in the back, has been professional and courteous. I have recommended LCC to several people and they have my business from here forward. These guys...

Longview Computer Center is my go to place for computer parts and accessories. I have purchased a computer monitor, keyboards, and various other components from them. They even have those hard to find parts you may not be able to get anywhere else in town. If they don't have what you're looking for they can special order it and get it in pretty quickly. When I stopped in recently there was a man who owned a computer repair business that needed a particular kind of RAM for a computer he was working on. They didn't have it in stock but they were able to special order it for him and get it there NEXT DAY. And did I mention when he stopped in to order it that it was after 3 PM? That's unheard of in the shipping industry especially for the price he paid for the RAM. I also hear they are excellent and quick at fixing computers. I didn't visit them but I'm giving it one star because the woman that answered didnt seem to know anything so I couldn't trust them with my device.

Due to the response to my review yes I did review several places recently as I was on vacation and they all populated for me to review. However this is the only one star I gave. The others were fives. I'm not in the system because like i stated i called got a woman who seemed inexperienced and clueless so i didn't follow through by going there. Your response shows that your customer service is lacking. Instead of trying to fix the issue you tried to make it seem like I lied.
