E-Cig Central — Local services in Longview

I was a customer of this store since the week it opened. Over the past year or so, after getting rid of the original crew, I must say that I have grown to dread having to come here for juice. They won't restock certain products for literally months, even with a customer calling weekly and requesting it. Furthermore, the cost of most of the hardware such as mods is outrageously overpriced.

I don't mind paying 10 or 20% more in order to support local businesses, but some of their inventory is nearly double the price of major online retailers. I'm not sure if they believe that customers are unaware of what these products should be priced at, or if they are simply charging an astronomical convenience fee for those in immediate need, but either way, the pricing can be downright insulting. The juice prices are good, and the owner is awesome, but any time he isn't there it's pretty much just a hassle to deal with all the new people that talk to you like it's your first time in the shop.

This place had the charm of a small town shop, where the employees would know what you wanted before you even came in. It was one of the few errands that I used to look forward to. Now that that experience is gone, and having spent several thousand dollars at this location with nothing socially to show for it anymore, I find no reason to continue shopping here. It's a shame that such a wonderful atmosphere has been replaced with the impersonal interactions that can now be found there.

Take it back to 2017, and I would be back in...

Today I came in because the button on my battery became stuck. I purchased this setup prolly 2 months ago. I came in today and the owner Jason hooked me up with a new setup for a very very minimal cost. 8 dollars. He did not have to do that. He could have told me to piss off and buy a new rig. He is a stand up guy that is very passionate about his buisness and knows his products very well. All the staff there are very cool and also know their products. I will continue to bring my money to their shop because anytime I have ever had a problem they fix it right away. This is THE place for any and all of your ecig needs. Thank you so much Jason. You went above and beyond to help me today and I'm so grateful. Go check them out. Killer juices and hands down the best pricing on their products compared to any other ecig store...

I love this store! I have visited many vape retailers and this by far my favorite! Faye has given me awesome customer service more times than I can count. Great variety of juice also. Prices also great. Amanda has also taken great care of me. That kind of Customer service is really hard to come by these days. I highly recommend this to anyone in Longview that needs to find a new location. EDIT: this place has gone so far downhill that I pay more to shop elsewhere now. They fired the employees they had who were knowledgeable and replaced them with rude inconsiderate employees who will talk rudely about other customers after they walk out of the door.
