Avoid at All Costs
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Sleep City that I feel compelled to share. Their business practices are not only unethical but also incredibly frustrating. I encountered misleading advertising and a lack of accountability when I raised concerns about my purchase.
The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
If youāre in the market for a mattress, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable places in Longview that value their customers and operate with integrity. We donāt need businesses like Sleep City that choose to do the wrong thing. Save your time and money and steer clear of this one!

Letās be clear, the only reason I had any communication with your regional manager was because I insisted on speaking with them. My issue wasnāt escalated until I started digging into your predatory practices, which clearly donāt become a concern until customers push back. I stand by my updated review, and while I appreciate the regional managerās attempt at āhelping,ā itās painfully obvious they need more training on how to actually handle customer concerns, rather than just parroting company policies.
Your response here only reinforces the very issues Iāve called out: dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and a blatant disregard for real customer service. I will continue to share my experience so others are better informed before doing business with you.
Let me add: if your company was truly interested in finding a so-called āsolution,ā you would have listened from the beginning and done the right thing then, instead of hiding behind āpoliciesā. Waiting until things escalate isnāt customer service, itās damage control. Your actions, or lack thereof, speak volumes.
And just to set the record straight, I have emails from your regional manager begging me to change my review, accusing me of ābashingā the company. I made it very clear that I was simply sharing my experience and had no intention of changing it. If theyāre so concerned about fixing things, feel free to have your ābestā contact me.
