BUYERS BEWARE I went to return an item that I specifically asked staff about. It did not preform the task I bought it for and now they will not allow me to return the item. The store manager came over and had a smirk. She did not listen to the issue and just stuck her hands in her pockets. She did not care that her staff lead me incorrectly (after chasing them through the store). I was told I was now stuck with the item. She just kept saying nope we will not return the item while leaning back on a counter refusing to actually listen to the issue. Customer service is atrocious here, if you can call it service. The smugness and smirking was not needed as well as telling me I’m now stuck with the items. I can now see with a manager like that, why I had to literally chase two employees around the store to ask a question about the item before purchasing. It’s clear that being rude to customers is more important then actual service. Please improve your staff, their attitude and practice professionalism. I went to purchase beads to make earrings. I found a great set of beads that looked to be an amazing price, but when I went to pay they rang up for $20 more than what I thought. I explained to the cashier that there was an entire display sitting where this price was and we walked over to look. Not only was the wrong price with this display, but the 3 other price tags near them weren't the correct price either. She informed me that she could not give them to me at that price, but could give me a 20% discount. I did not buy the beads! I came in 15 minutes to closing and I understand how that can be. However, I asked a young lady standing at the front of the store"which isle did they carry the laminator paper" and she responded " I'm not sure I think it's the first isle? Long story short I wondered around until closing , I did not find it and as I was leaving out the door another cashier responded "Awwwe have a good night!
