The Page Pub & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Longview

Terrible service. Some friends and I went there a few days ago and were initially asked to wait outside since the pub was at capacity. One of the employees came out and told the couple in front of us that it would be just a few more minutes. Shortly after he came out and took them to their table. We waited outside for another 20 minutes while a line formed behind us and finally one of the other customers went inside to see what was taking so long. The employee told the customer there was no wait. The employee purposely left customers waiting outside in the cold when he knew there was no wait. When we got to our table, no one came to serve us. We finally went up to the bar thinking we needed to order there, but there was a posted sign asking us to be seated and wait to be served. We waited around for a while longer and when we still hadn’t received service, we left. I understand the restaurants have to follow rules because of Covid, but that’s not excuse for purposely leaving customers outside in the cold when there was no wait and not coming...

No longer a customer. Conversation with employee Candace. I showed a pic of my grandaughter and complemented that she has a pretty daughter too. She went off on me and kicked me out. She said the owner was not available. I had not been drinking, and did absolutely nothing to deserve this treatment other than to be friendly and initiate a positive conversation. She must have had a bad day or mental issue. In the bars defense... I have always had a good, professional experience from the guys working there.(Owners). Update: Tried to give them another chance. Candace met me at the door. Told me that I was not welcome, and owner was still not available... And she was manager on duty. I give up. There are too many nearby businesses that offer the same sports bar experience and more, that the owners AND employees appreciate your business and don't tolerate even that "one bi-polar bad apple" employee like Candace that can hurt a customer base with their...

Party of 4. Wife ordered 3 singles git billed for 2 doubles, and 2 singles. My friends wife had 3 ultras. I had 6 doubles and my friend had 5. Got billed for 14 doubles. Not sure how they calculated the pizza, but it totalled $100.25. We had 1 large pizza . They charged fir yhe fried pickles and wings which they should have. We did get that. The first waitress poured a double with coke. Yuck. We didn't order that but we paid for it. We also got served and paid for a double vanilla crown. Thats even worse.
