Out of all the Vape/Smoke Centers in East Texas- I can firmly say that Smoke Center on the Loop is the BEST of the BEST! Truly, Eddy & his wife are fantastic people. Not only does this store have the best and largest vape selection, but Eddy & management also go above and beyond for their customers. I am VERY picky on my vape and will only use one specific flavor. The brand that I used discontinued the flavor and I was in a bad spot. Eddy made a point to really understand the flavor I loved and helped replicate it to find another brand that had a great flavor and the first one I tried was the perfect one! And I am incredibly picky. So the fact Eddy knew the flavor I liked and knew his products well enough to know what exactly it was that I needed. THATS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not only that but he purchased an order of those vapes for me and I was able to buy the whole pack to get me by. Guys comes off like he is cool but he's slimy. Offered me a deal on a super expensive banger when I was already buying a very expensive rig, and I declined, to buy the very cheap banger. I got home and realized he charged me the price for the spendy one, 40-45 dollars. Not the cheap one. Then I hit the rig and it taste like pure cologn. I'm livid off that I just spent 250 with this place. I will be tell8ng everybody I know. If you have ANY EXPERIENCE outside texas, your not gonna be pleased.. May be the best longview has but it sucks. Never have I bought a rig, and wanted to cry when I got home. It's usually just a great experience. I feel like I got what was available, and then it taste and smells like cologn so strong I can't use it....

I absolutely love this place. The owner and his workers genuinely actually care about their customers,they're not just fake happy to see them, they are genuinely happy to see them. It means a lot when they see your face,you're greeted with a genuine smile,and when they remember what you purchase each time you come in.
