Kratom King — Local services in Longview

This may be a little lengthy, but definitely well worth the read if you’re skeptical in any way or are keen on customer service.

First and foremost, Tanae is a freakin delight. (Please forgive me if I misspelled your name, I’m so bad with names 😣.) I walked in a few weeks ago and had NO clue about kratom. She took so much time getting to know me, and that was great. It was never about pushing products, but more so wanting to make sure I get exactly what I needed. She is so knowledgeable and I felt so comfortable being so ignorant. Not once did I ever feel like an inconvenience for not knowing what was what. Again, she took so much time with me and really really helped me. Fast forward a few weeks, I walk in again and she recognized me right away. She was eager to see how it affected me. You can tell how much she cares, and that is an experience all in itself. She’s amazing.

Now let’s talk about the product. I have a very high tolerance for anything and most things don’t affect me like it would for others. To say the least, I was a bit skeptical. I wasn’t skeptical of their product, but more so on how it would affect me. I have tried multiple kinds of the green, white, yellow, and red. THEY WORK. It’s such a clean and natural feeling. The pain relief has been great. The energy has been smooth. The euphoria is easy and not overwhelming that causes nausea and headaches like opiates do. It’s just an all around natural ease.

I have made my husband (3x combat vet) a believer. He was very very skeptical, but absolutely LOVES it now. I have also introduced it to my mom and she LOVES it too. Kratom is now a family favorite.

I have gone on and off to the Longview location (they recently moved to the loop which is way more convenient and I truly hope is a sign of prosperity). The owner is extremely nice and patient, as are all his employees, something I am grateful for as I only have 30% hearing in one ear. They offer both powder and gel caps for any type they carry as well as will take the time to explain it all to you and make recommendations, not just sell you their most expensive types. This is not a "head" shop, this is a professional business run by a man who believes in his product. The first time I went in I did not make a purchase, yet even with other paying customers there, he took the time to help me learn from scratch and pointed me to where I could research online. Once when they were closed, I tried some from a "Uncle John's", massed produced bulk bag, the difference was night and day; multiple capsules were not sealed and the bag was full of loose product and the capsules were rarely fully sealed, giving me bad heartburn. The reason I started taking kratom was because my Dr. had given up and wanted me to start pain management and use narcotic pain patches, this would have forced me to give up my job as as an electrical engineer who travels a great deal and works in heavy industrial areas. I wish you guys the best going forward and not just helping people but also improving their quality of life outside Dr.s throwing opiates...

So, my husband and I are huge Kratom fans. We live in Austin where there are tons of options with some pretty great local brands. NONE of them compare to the high quality and purity of the kratom at Kratom King. We went yesterday to just grab some to try while in town visiting family, and we 100% plan on going back today before we leave, because this stuff just can’t be beat. Honestly, probably the best quality we’ve ever had. You can literally take half the amount as other brands and get better/cleaner effects. My husband uses the White Sumatra in place of coffee because coffee was hurting his stomach, and I use the King Rush for my anxiety and pain relief. I wish so badly they had a location in Austin, because I think they would make a KILLING there.

Now that I’ve spoken about the purity of the product, I want to talk about how amazing Tenae, the wife and coowner of this establishment is. She is kind, so sweet, extremely intelligent and knowledgeable about the product. She takes time to talk to you and answer any questions you have so you can make the best decisions. After we left yesterday, we were honestly in such a good mood after just talking to her. We talked about how amazing she was for like an hour after we left lol. I hope whoever sees this review goes in and talks to her and gives this amazing product a try. I think it could help so...
