I have unfortunately had to visit the Longview store twice this month and both experiences were TERRIBLE. The teenagers working there have obviously had zero customer service training. Both times there were verbal altercations between employees and customers (tonight the employee was supposedly the manager and yelled that the customer was âembarrassing themselvesâ). Both times the cashiers took forever to finish the checkout because they were having conversations with other employees and having a very difficult time counting out change to me. I would recommend going absolutely anywhere else if possible. Itâs a good thing they're only open one month of the year, the company would honestly not survive being open...

I live in castle rock, so now I have to make a whole trip to longview to exchange a costume that didn't fit right. I'm hoping that the next size down will fit, but if it doesn't then I guess I'll have to come back and do it all again. Very frustrating for a store selling $50+ costumes not to allow you to try...
