Appointment was at 1:00 pm. Arrived at 12:58 pm and was informed by Elle she was still working on a client and could I wait in the hallway. I asked how long the wait would be and she said 20 minutes. I waited in my car and Elle texted me to say she was finishing up on the girl's hair. Elle texted me at 1:49pm to say she was ready for my appointment. I went home at 1:30pm. Very unprofessional to keep a client waiting for an appointment she made with me several days before in person. I see Nicole Marie here (the best IMO) for my hair, but they offer other services such as nails, facials, and skin services like Botox. I love all the individual suites, it's like a little beauty village! Everyone has their own suite door, which is nice to have a conversation in a personal setting vs. being in a chair in the middle of a super loud and busy salon. Keep in mind this rating is for a singular person as this is a place that provides the overhead and individuals run their own business. Jennan is great. She has been cutting my hair for nearly 5 years and most of that was when she was at another place. Now that she is out on her own, I'm going to continue that arrangement.
