For years I have suffered with TMJ and it only was progressively getting worse no matter treatments I tried! Migraines were a daily occurrence and chewing certain foods was next to impossible! A specialist recommended that I try botox injections to help with the pain. I made an appointment with Brett, she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about TMJ and made me feel very comfortable. This was the first time I had ever received botox so I was a tad nervous! It was quick, painless and I felt relief only days later! I was migraine free 2 weeks in and my chewing/grinding had almost completely subsided! I felt like I could finally live a normal life without having to take medication constantly for the pain! I don’t ever leave reviews but this is the third place that I have visited for Botox and I have found my permanent home here. The Aesthetic Lounge is so cute and quaint and really makes you feel comfortable. I can not rave enough about Missy's work! Missy was so wonderful and talked through different options of treatment and different places that we could treat, there was absolutely ZERO pressure to inject in other places and I am over the moon with the results. I received multiple compliments about how pretty I looked and nothing changed from the last time I saw those people besides getting Botox. Brett did a GREAT job with my lips as well as my twin sister’s!! I was starting to notice my upper lip getting thinner as I’m getting older so I needed a little extra volume. Brett was very meticulous and careful while injecting me and she would stop every few seconds to make sure I was comfortable.
