I've been a frequent shopper at this establishment for about a year now. Ive debatedon posting this back and forth but as I won't be returning. I'm going to. It's been my little treat to get a vape and a few carts each paycheck. It started with the 15 dollar carts in the colorful bags. They would bust all the time and due to them having a weird pepper like taste no matter the flavor. I decided to try new ones. The cake branded carts they had fell apart and got stuck in the pen if you tried to remove them. The glass and top would twist off making the pen leak out unless it was empty and the only way to get it off was to remove the glass and use pliers. I bought two and it happened to both of them. The disposables in the black back with the emoji show signs of being tampered with. The lid is typically (same with the color bagged carts. The mouth piece is never flush with the metal bag like it's supposed to be) now I'm not accusing them of tampering with the product, as it could be the supplier, I am saying these are quality issues I did not see when I was in Michigan buying direct from a dispensary. I also have a family member who bout the white disposable carts and it literally fell apart.
These issues have been frequent. When I would first let them know they would replace it and seemed to take it seriously. Which is why it's hard for me to understand why a broken cart seems more serious to them then when I came in complaining about new issues across multiple brands and signs of product tampering. The employee insinuated I brought the same picture in a few days ago (incorrect as I had just taken it. The first time it happened I didn't take a picture because it seemed like a fluke accident) he even said unless a product is opened in stores and the issues noticed right then and there there will be no replacement. If one brand of carts got stuck in my pen and fell apart when I tried to remove them. How would opening the box in store be helpful? He said it has to be same day then. But what about the guests to walk a long distance to get there? For me it's a long walk but the store falls along the path I take to get to work. The owner was always super kind so I was shocked when met with indifference and the insinuated claim that I brought the same picture in twice for free product and him acting like the replacement was a favor he was doing for a frequent customer when it should standard practice yo replace any faulty and low quality products you're selling. The disposable he gave me as a replacement had a bag that wasn't completely sealed at the bottom and another crooked mouth piece which was my final straw. Edit went in today with photo proof they're selling counterfeit products. This is not only a business issue but a public health and safety issue as we have no idea what's in these carts and if it's being regulated. I called corporate today and will continue to call corporate every single day until we are completely compensated for all of the hassle we went through today after working a 40+ hour week!! Unfortunately for you I am educated, knowledgeable, and read my rights per the terms and conditions policies for Metro and the manufacturer!! I hope they shut you down for trying to get over on honest hard working people!! Read moreThe two main employees sal and bashar were very professional and very polite they had a store full of people but the amazing part was is that they were helping every customer at one time everyone was happy the vibe in the store was amazing everyone was laughing not only were they dealing with everyone problems but they still had a smile on there face. The crazy part is I went to best buy a multi million dollar business and they weren't even able to help me but when I walked into one wireless I was out in 10 min and my phone was recovered and they treated me like family 10/10 would reccomend this place and if you ever go talk to either bashar or sal you will never be dissatisfied thank you one...
