I’ve stopped at this location frequently over the last 4 years. I’m a very dedicated customer of Starbucks. Drinks and service has always been good. However my last two visits were not great. During one visit, the barista girl seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. She gave off a very unwelcoming feeling. During another visit a few days later, the same barista girl, yet again, seemed annoyed and wasn’t very pleasant to interact with. This time, while waiting for my order, I observed another girl from the bbq stand ask the barista girl a question. The barista girl looked at the girl from the bbq stand then turned away without saying a word. Her face was so serious. It was obvious that the girl from the bbq stand was left feeling dumbfounded. So some of the things left to review are service and ambiance. Service here today was not amazing but they appeared to be understaffed and we’re still very kind. The three teenagers working there were more interested in visiting with each other than helping customers. I had to ask them to restart my order TWICE when I observed the wrong thing being prepared. I want sugar free syrup for fewer calories. I feel sorry for the unwitting diabetics that wander in there and don’t keep an eye on them. This is poor management...
