He was kind and patient with me and was able to walk me through the various decisions involved in putting together an engagement ring for my fiancee (without her input!). He had a nice selection of unique settings and styles and I found just the right one. His prices are competitive against all the online retailers but come with a personal touch of a local company. He and Garo were even able to accurately guess the finger size of my fiancee from a photograph (?!?!).

Paul provided me with his cell phone and corresponded with me through a specific email inbox so that I could keep the secret upcoming question! Since the engagement, he has continued to be extremely accessible.
