We had the absolute best experience here thanks to Michael Sweet! From the moment we walked in. Unlike other stores we’ve visited and felt like prey for a shark or just totally ignored. We’ve had experiences where employees would be snobby or just rude but he was not at all. He made us feel completely welcome.

I planned to give him a great review after his explanation of baby mattresses which was one of the main reasons for coming. Before coming in I was pretty confused about the difference of these baby mattresses and wanted some clarification. I was able to clearly understand everything he explains helping me to correct our baby registry with the correct mattress. A+ Job!

Next we told him we were interested in a new mattress and he explained each one throughly and I must add not once did he get annoyed at all the questions we made or make us feel like we needed to hurry up. We took our time trying out the mattresses and re trying them. He didn’t lurk over us the whole time either. He walked away to let us try the beds in peace. He was very kind and sweet just as his last name suggests lol. He was also a good conversationalist. Michael even considered to encourage us to possibly order our mattress a little later so we could have it and try it while it’s still under the 100 day exchange period during my wife’s pregnancy and after.

Not once did he pressure us or anything. We ended up buying a mattress today due to his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. Went with the EOS Pillowtop mattress which is a dream to sleep on. I highly recommend checking this place out and trying out their softest mattress! Can’t wait till it comes in.

We had a very positive experience with both the mattress buying experience and the quality of our Naturpedic mattress from this store. With our second child on they way, we have become increasingly more interested in the ingredients that go into our household products. Upon doing some basic research, we found that there are now much better options out there for a quality mattress that does not use chemicals and other toxic substances. Given the amount of time we spend in our bed, it seemed worthwhile to make this a thoughtful purchase and investment. We looked at more expensive brands (organipedia- nearly double the price) and lesser known brands/makers (the Futon Shop) but found that Naturpedic was our happy medium- all quality ingredients at a price point that makes sense. Here are a few highlights.

The customer experience: The salesman who attended us every time was helpful and considerate. He gave us all of the information, responded to our ongoing questions, but ultimately let it up to us to make the decision that we were comfortable with.

The mattress: GOLs certified (which is what we were looking for to ensure that ingredients were actually chemical free and not just said they were) and made of only high quality cotton, wool, coils, and latex. The mattress is really comfortable.You can choose your level of firmness and even customize by side. I am now 9 months pregnant and have gotten amazing rest- priceless! The mattress comes in pieces that are then assembled together which means that we extend the life by just replacing individual components that may wear out with time. The warranty is also pretty solid (10 year and then prorated after that until 20 years) which gives us peace of mind that this is a long term investment.

My husband and I were looking to get a new mattress since ours was no longer supporting our body and had a noticeable dip. We had looked at mattresses at Macy's and Hastens, but decided to keep looking. I discovered the Naturepedic brand when looking at mattresses on Coyuchi's website.

We stopped by the store about an hour before closing. There was another couple in the store trying out the mattresses. Dominic told us to try out the mattresses that weren't disassembled since the couple had him swapping out pads from other mattresses to find one that fit them. We waited for a while and when the couple was done purchasing their mattress, Dominic put all the mattress back together for us to try. We tried the different mattresses but loved the Halcyon for the pillow top and the way it felt like a cloud wrapping around you. Dominic was very informative and there was no sales pressure. He stayed after closing to place our order. The time frame was around 4 weeks when we purchased in Dec 2019.

My husband contacted the store in Jan 2020 since it was 4 weeks and we didn't hear anything about a delivery date. Richard informed my husband that there was a delay and we should receive it by mid Jan. For the delay Richard included a bamboo mattress pad to our order.
