His & Her Rocks Gallery — Attraction in Los Altos

I contacted Debra on July 2 by email asking if she would be interested in purchasing my collection and I would send pictures over she said most definitely and wow what a collection I had and that she would usually makes four payment installments once price is agreed upon.

Debra has refused to pay for OR return to me 18 large bin containers of crystals I brought in to have her review and negotiate a price we would agree on, she is now displaying and selling them in her store as if they are her own.

I first went to His and Her Rocks 2023. At that time, I had a relatively positive experience, but recently, I have had such a negative and painful experience that I need to share so others don’t have something similar happen to them.

I recently on 7/14 brought in 18 large bins of assorted crystals, ranging from palm stones to large geodes and over 2000 pieces.. My intent was to have Debra look over everything and help me determine a fair price for the collection.

Instead, Debra kept all 18 containers, paid me $1,300 as she said she was still going thru this was 7/16 on same day i just saw she posted on Facebook. New gemstones come in and take a look. She now refuses to speak to me, and has claimed all 18 containers as hers, effectively stealing them from me. I believe Debra was planning to and was eager to steal from me I have an email where she even stated she had a truck and she had been and she can come in very fast and pack up and grab my collection, which I absolutely did not agree to it took me a week to pack up the entire collection so that I could take pictures of all my itemsand I did so there’s like so many pictures I can fit on this. Debra owes me money she’s been selling my crystals.

she has had them on display and remodeled her store with my entire collection since the day after I brought them in, i had people go into the store who have known me for a long time and my collection and have seen my items. she even made a statement to one of my friends that she just got in and upgraded all of her items in the store . She lied told a representative I had for me that my crystals were of no value and she would return them attached photos of everything if my crystals were worth no value why is she selling to people my crystals my collection is well valued over 15 to 20,000. I have since asked for all of the crystals back, but she refuses to return them. When I attempted to negotiate, she agreed she was prepared to “pack up and return” all of the rocks, but now refuses to do so.

I’m absolutely devastated; Debra took my collection of over a decade, never helped me come up with a fair price, attempted to get rid of me by giving me only $1,300, (which is less than some of the individual pieces cost!!!) and after agreeing to return my crystals, refuses to do so with no legal claim or right.

I get heartsick whenever I pass the store, seeing all of my beloved crystals on display in her shop for sale like she has any right to.

In short, don’t trust Debra or her store. So many of the pieces on display don’t belong to her; they were stolen from ME. She’s a liar, a thief, and an unethical...

I was really excited to visit this shop because I’m genuinely interested in crystals and even came in wearing all crystal jewelry. Unfortunately, no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I came with friends who are older than me, and I noticed they were immediately welcomed and assisted while I was ignored the whole time.

It felt like I wasn’t worth their time—maybe because I’m younger and they assumed I wouldn’t be spending money. But being young doesn’t mean I’m not a serious customer. I came ready to support the business and left feeling really unwelcome.

It’s disappointing when a place that should be about good energy and healing makes you feel invisible. I hope the staff reconsiders how they treat all customers, not just the ones who “look” like they’ll spend...

This is the most beautiful gallery I’ve ever seen! A great addition to add here in Los Altos. The owners of the store are extremely great people. The beautiful gemstones gleam so beautifully through the windows. They have a wide selection of items such as big pieces of amethyst on stands, citrine on stands, beautiful wood carvings of a variety of animals, petrified wood, they have Navajo leather clothes made very long ago, they have little trinkets & gemstones as well! It’s impossible to not find something that you absolutely love while visiting this gallery & they are always getting new additions to add! I WILL be back! 10/10! If I could give it 100/10 I would!
