This is a tough review to write. We have been here three times now:
The first time was AMAZING. I got a $100 bouquet and the shop owner/manager was there. We told her our budget and very much left the design up to her. When I came back, she had made the most beautiful bouquet I had ever seen. It was for my girlfriendās birthday and when I showed her, she was blown away. This is pictured here. Five stars for that visit.
A few months later we came back for a second visit after a friend was going through a tough time. We wanted a pick-me-up bouquet and the same person was workingā we asked for a $50 bouquet. Again, left it open ended just asked for bright colors. We were again blown away and got the most beautiful flowers at an affordable rate. Unfortunately we did not get photos. Five stars for that visit.
Today was the third time we visited, this time requesting a $50 bouquet for our newlywed friends. We requested similar design to prior, however the manager was not there and there was a new employee who mentioned it was her second day working. It was a very different experience than what we had seen in the past. She was kind, but when we came back 20-30 min later, we found a very small and sad bouquet. Literally half the size of what we had paid for the last time we had gotten $50 worth. We mentioned this ti her before we paid and the worker checked with the manager via text message to confirm. As we walked out, we actually turned back again because we felt like it was a bouquet we could have gotten or made from Trader Joeās for $20. It was still quite nice but very small and not worth $50. We were again turned away and told that āit would look bigger once itās opened upā. They said āif youāre not happy with it, next time you come back you can get a discountā but did not take down our info. Not wanting to keep pushing the issue or get more stressed, we just left. Felt quite put out by the whole experience and definitely was not a good value purchase.
All of that to say ā the work they CAN do is amazing and todayās experience was a big let down. When you are a small business and people are giving you direct feedback, each interaction counts a lot. We live nearby and in my mind this was our new go to florist however now I have some serious doubt about that. I will rate this four stars because Iām averaging out each experience. First (5/5) + second (5/5) + third (2/5) for an average of 4. They sent a photo before delivery and the flowers looked nothing like in the original advertisement. They left the flowers in a lobby and it got lost . Didnāt take responsibility whatsoever, no apology, nothing . The owner started slandering me accusing me of being a scam and fraudster . They never picked the phone up to actually speak to me and all the calls and messages were ignored . Never use them if you donāt want to waste your time and nerves .
Oh and one more thing as you say you delivered to specified location however I asked it to be delivered to a person at an address, which was not done. Delivering to whatever location you choose is iresponsbile and unprofessional...

The one worker said idk but I'm sure we could. She looked at what I believed was the owner and with only saying one word said no. Nothing else. Very rude. I guess we didn't look important enough.
