BAGGU Silver Lake — Local services in Los Angeles

First of all, the experience I had for the opening day was very disappointing and unsatisfying. Me and my friends waited 4 hours and half to not get what we expected to purchase. The staff was great and kept us updated on what was sold out, I’ll give the store that. The lack of preparation for the opening day can’t be described. The store didn’t carry certain styles and the ones they carried were sold out in a short amount of time, even though they were only “limited”to 2 per person. I saw people walking out with multiple bags of the same style. Most of us waited hours and walk out with nothing. The store needed more cashiers. That really affected the wait time for everyone. Just visited Baggu for the very first time and was looking forward to purchasing. I have been waiting all week to visit the store since I am not from the LA area. Immediately when i walked in, I felt as though I was being watched with hawk eyes. Not a single employee greeted my sister and I, but they were quick to greet the people that came in after us. As I was shopping around, I felt very targeted and that made me uncomfortable. My sister and I ended up leaving empty handed because it just wasn’t a great experience whatsoever. Was super excited to come to BAGGU, but was met with an ill experience. Upon walking in, my sister & I weren’t greeted. Everyone that came in after us was greeted with a smile. It felt awkward in there as if we were being watched everywhere around the store. There was one employee that kindly asked if we were finding everything okay. Everyone else was rude & entitled. Ended up leaving with nothing. Customers before & after us were sent off with a “thank you have a good day”. Nothing was said to us.
