Over a year ago I bought my first ever pair of Birkenstock's from this store.

I came in looking for kitchen shoes, and was given a few options. The lady who helped me (sorry I can't recall her name), was extremely helpful and knew her stuff. She measured my foot and came back with a few different styles. After trying on a few pair I decided on a style and fitted with the proper size. After the purchase the sales lady explained the "breaking in" process & what to expect, as well as caring and cleaning my shoes.

CURRENTLY- I'm so glad I came to this store and bought the shoes. These have been the most comfortable shoes i've worn in the kitchen in the 25+ years i've been a pastry chef. Im about due for another pair, plus I'll be looking at some other styles to wear outside the kitchen when I return.

6-2022 - Returned to this store to buy a pair of casual shoes, Bend Low, before my trip to Las Vegas. The sales person who helped me fitted me with the right shoe size and just like that I was done. Wore these shoes for the 3 days I was in Vegas and they are soooooo comfortable. With all the walking that was done my feet never hurt or had any issues. Thank you again...

They have a great selection in store. They also have great service and arent pushy with the costumers. They take great care of the details that keep their costumers coming back. Also recommend this location for the lady and the guy that work here know what they are selling (true to the brand)....

I recommend this brand for those that walk a lot for the Birenstocks brand comfortably and unquie style. Birenstocks in my opinion are a great way to look stylish without too much effect shoe and sandal wise. They go will well with lots of clothing styles and are also great for your feet.

All leather shoes need their break in time to get in one with ones feet. Over time they will be one of the comfortable shoes/sandal that can wore even with socks. Lastly if you wear them a lot they will also be soft and light on your feet over time like walking on clouds...

I came in to order a pair of shoes that weren’t in stock a couple of weeks ago. The guy wrote my name and phone number down on a random sheet of paper and said he’d call when they were in. After a week, I never heard, so I called. They were delivered to a different store. They’ll be in Saturday, or Monday at the latest. Monday comes, no call. I go in today and wait for 20 minutes because there is a sign on the door saying they’re out of office. When she returns, there are still no shoes because they are still at the other store. Forget it. It doesn’t even feel good to buy them somewhere else after this. It shouldn’t be this difficult to buy a $130...
